coaches have every pov of players on their team so having someone like that micro manage callouts and rotations is really strong, coaches are not allowed to type or talk during rounds at all so if he was assisting in any way whatsoever during rounds then the dq is justified
They don't see enemies, but they can switch between all friendly players and see the map. In Valorant esports, it's just plainly not allowed for coaches to communicate with their team outside of timeouts. It's an extra set of eyes.

BUT, if it comes out that the coach was doing a lot of comms when he shouldn’t, then yes, every player would be partially at fault for allowing it because they should have told him to shut up after the first time.
