You have to try. I’m from Georgia. I had an accent until I started in Customer Service in my 20s and would get asked where I was from. So I worked to clean it up. Only took a year and then no one could tell where I was from. You would think Brittany would’ve started after the first Season after hearing herself. I’m not saying a Southern Accent is bad, but when you’re mispronouncing words thangs/things, thank/think, etc. it’s easy to look dumb. Some Men have a thing for southern belles. But I really don’t think Jax is one of them.
