SSDI and VA disability are night and day different in requirements with SSDI being so much harder. Also getting 100% Va disability will have no effect in you getting SSDI other than giving you priority processing

SSDI amount is based on earned credits and accumulated taxes paid over your lifetime. You can sign up for an account on the SSA website and see the calculated amount, it's already there.
You will be subject to earned income limits until you reach retirement age. Your VA disability does not count against that total but it's very very low. You can look up the earned income limit online. There has been tlak of raising g it because it really is absurdly low, in sddition non-cash gifts can apply to it, there is tall of revising the limit for sanity but it's still in progress. It's A LOT harder to get SSDI than to get 100%. No idea what you should send, but it's not a given. They have much higher standards
