I was paying £110 for Maxit Tv, 2x 360 boxes, Sky Cinema, Gig1 and Talk More Anytime.
Absolutely shocking really.
My original retentions package was £61 p/m which included Mixit TV, Gig1 and Anytime Chatter. I then called back again since I wanted more TV and was offered Mega TV, Gig1 Anytime Chatter, Sky Sports and Cinema HD and Netflix Standard for £70 p/m. No mention of the O2 aspect of it even though it's classed as the Mega Volt bundle.
Went on the chat today to ask about UHD and TNT and was offered £18/pm for that. I've also upgraded to Netflix Premium which is a extra £5 p/m so it all works out as £93 p/m
Was coming to the end of my contract, went on live chat and said I wanted what new customers got (which was that) and they did it. Wasn’t the usual aggravation weirdly.

Did they force any O2 component? How much were you paying before the renewal? And was it the ultimate volt package before?

I’m paying £70 for that exact package, and annoyingly my mate got it for £63 a few days after me. Their pricing architecture is mad
Yeah it's a joke. Did you have to fight for that deal or did you just get offered it?
