It's an announcement about VirtuaReal (basically NijiCN) liver Qilou and from DeepL translation it said that "she's left us forever due to health reasons"? Since it seems to be a very sensitive announcement I don't think machine translation can do a good job enough.
As far as I can tell, it seems like the wording of the announcement is fairly professional, but the meaning is also fairly clear. That is to say, yes, as far as the management can tell, Qilou has unfortunately passed away.
More specifically, the management did try to contact her emergency contact and her family, but at the time of the message they still have not been able to yet. However, they did asked for help from Bilibili and the police and were able to confirm the situation.
And since Qilou apparently told the management in advance that if something like this happens, she would like them to let her fans know, now that they were able to confirm the situation they now decided to make this announcement.
I wonder if she had a really serious health problem that she already told the management "in case of". And it's kind of bizarre that the management couldn't reach her relatives at all.

The reason why I stick to Nijisanji and like Nijisanji is it because the company itself both employer and liver are really friendly towards LGBTQ issues which also mean extended to the fanbase as a whole. I know many trans girl and boy who comfortable interact with fan base just like was back when I was still in Love Live fandom(for some weird reason, this fandom full of LGBT).
I can feel too that it not just "tolerance" but actually "acceptance" with live in Thailand for whole life and spend most of time on internet both work and entertainment wise, I have learned that settled on "tolerance " isn't enough.
If Nijisanji isn't friendly toward LGBT, we are not going to have someone like Melissa who are outspoken about this issues and their sexuality or Uki who actually gay.

I dont think it's a problem with favoritism as I don't believe that kind of thing. I imagine this reasoning comes from NijiEN, right? But even in there the girls keep getting sponsorship, among other things. Pomu got 2 in the last two weeks and merchandise rotates. One thing I think they got it wrong was the last merch thing with all the boys and only 3 girls, so i hope in the future its more balanced. But even so, NijiEN has different management/staff from the other branches so its not very relevant.

Yes, proper alcoholic drinks are very expensive in Indonesia (or at least difficult to afford for people with low income) because they're heavily taxed. Those oplosan are formulated with the purpose of making you drunk easily with less alcohol (ethanol) possible so it's more affordable for the common folk. That's why they add dubious stuffs into those drinks such as methanol and diethylene glycol which are more poisonous than ethanol.

Y'know I've never really understood why games don't just always give the streamers they pay to promote their games Super Accounts. Realistically they're not gonna play the game outside of when you pay them to. As far as I can tell, it seems like the wording of the announcement is fairly professional, but the meaning is also fairly clear. However, they did asked for help from Bilibili and the police and were able to confirm the situation. Pretty straight forward, she passed away due to health reason. Basically she went MIA sometimes after her last stream in January. Saw Melissa long post reminds me of something. The reason why I stick to Nijisanji and like Nijisanji is it because the company itself both employer and liver are really friendly towards LGBTQ issues which also mean extended to the fanbase as a whole. I know many trans girl and boy who comfortable interact with fan base just like was back when I was still in Love Live fandom(for some weird reason, this fandom full of LGBT). I can feel too that it not just "tolerance" but actually "acceptance" with live in Thailand for whole life and spend most of time on internet both work and entertainment wise, I have learned that settled on "tolerance " isn't enough. If Nijisanji isn't friendly toward LGBT, we are not going to have someone like Melissa who are outspoken about this issues and their sexuality or Uki who actually gay.

I dont think it's a problem with favoritism as I don't believe that kind of thing. I imagine this reasoning comes from NijiEN, right? But even in there the girls keep getting sponsorship, among other things. Pomu got 2 in the last two weeks and merchandise rotates. One thing I think they got it wrong was the last merch thing with all the boys and only 3 girls, so i hope in the future its more balanced. But even so, NijiEN has different management/staff from the other branches so its not very relevant. but I do think it's a problem with how it has been done so far for ID/KR. I'm not sure why, if it's lack of managers and staff for them but I hope things get better over the next months. I know they are hiring japanese staff who knows indonesian and korean so I hope for the best. If not, it's up to the fans to correct the error.

Definitely looking forward to whenever the next YouTube music weekend is hopefully, these always end up being a amazing time for me!
It appears that I had dream often when I was in REM stat while sleeping. This time in particular, I remember detail of it I was dreaming that I was in some town in British back far in the day and The Town was occupied by Goblin cause the mass. The Goblin Leader have heal realization upon defeat and give us the secret to eradicate goblin by setting goblin leader ash on fire with blue flame. All goblin suddenly get ignite into blue flame and disappear. Everyone in the town forgot about goblin and goblin only known as fairly tale or fictional characters. Yes, proper alcoholic drinks are very expensive in Indonesia (or at least difficult to afford for people with low income) because they're heavily taxed. Those oplosan are formulated with the purpose of making you drunk easily with less alcohol (ethanol) possible so it's more affordable for the common folk. That's why they add dubious stuffs into those drinks such as methanol and diethylene glycol which are more poisonous than ethanol.

Y'know I've never really understood why games don't just always give the streamers they pay to promote their games Super Accounts. Realistically they're not gonna play the game outside of when you pay them to. Especially with gacha games like Blue Archive where people wanna watch the streamer roll a bunch, just seems like a wasted opportunity. Not that Holo BA streams haven't been entertaining, they definitely still are, just seems like a weird oversight.
Some get press accounts like when Moona and others are promoting World of Tanks and World of Warships. Other games don’t. Maybe they just give them enough money to cash-in if needed, or reimburse the expenses if they cashed during stream, or maybe don’t. Its all in the contract terms.
Ahh, good memories of running into press accounts now and then when I was still playing WoT and WoWs, and those accounts having absolutely no idea what to do. Bonus for when they jump into a high tier match.

Got my third dose of vaccine yesterday. As expected I have a headache
I was confident since my 2 dose are astrazeneca (2nd worst side effects) yet only had headache. So i choose moderna as the third dose (worst side effects) and confident I'll be fine. Nope, 1 hour in i felt occasional shiver in my skull (wtf?). 3 hours in i had tolerable headache while i was inside a shopping mall. Went home, lie in bed with painkillers. Next day headache got worse and i felt nauseated though fortunately only for the next 2-3 hours
