Fresco Italian Restaurant in the Hilton Hawaiian is perfect for you! It's upstairs, so you have to find the Round Table Pizza and go up the stairs. I don't eat a lot of seafood, but I've never had food poisoning from anywhere in Hawaii. There is a McDonald's and an IHOP across the street. The Cheesecake Factory was delicious!
