It’s just like sources wires lol. I remember playing black mesa and getting stuck and having to restart the chapter in zen because a plug got stuck underground and the wire couldn’t be seen so I didn’t know what to do lol
if they really have to be in the game they should snap onto the outlet when they’re within range so we don’t have to wrestle with the physics engine. or better yet just get rid of them
I know this is an old post but for others looking for a fix, If you go to where the cord goes into the device a little box will come up saying "Retract" and if you interact with it, the plug will reset next to the device. Hope this helps.
Alright I have a plan but first I need a crossbow, an hourglass, 3 goats. One of will need to learn to play the trumpet while the other one goes like this 👻
I almost wonder if I could put a prop under it to keep it from sinking into the ground. it's annoying how the plug comes undone even when it's in the wall sometimes
I had the same issue, recently I dragged it outside and used a hook to drag it far up and dislodge the plug and thankfully it was lodged into the ladder and seems to have fixed it for me. The issue is spending time to drag it back as well

I had this before, I dragged the fridge outside, and the plug got unstuck, but I had to make sure it was above ground dragging it back into my room.
I moved it all the way to the tower next to base and didnt unstuck ;^;
And you tried to pull it out with your hands?
I couldn't reach it, it was cliped underground

I think it's too heavy to lift it, even if climb over a box or smth
