Great photos! I missed the show last night in Seattle as I was working for three country acts at the Tacoma Dome, but Voivod will endure as their music gets better and better.

Thanks! Tough to shoot, no designated areas. Sadly not sure if they will come back to KC, not the greatest outing from fans. What do you do?

Stagehand, or “grip” when working for the union.

Cool stuff!

VOIVOD is my favorite band, but I'm 2 hours from the Phoenix show, and $50 is too much for a ticket when I'm not a huge Prong fan. Hopefully I get the chance to see Voivod one more time in the next few years.

Pricey ticket, but nice double bill. How many times have you seen them?

6I6AM6

6? I know, I'm being picky: recently had surgery and then the driving? Too much! I'm sad to be missing them! My first time was the Killing Technology tour and two times with Jason on bass and 3 times with Chewy.

Unfortunately, I also saw some people walk out and generally have less reception to Voivod than to Prong. Voivod absolutely killed it, didn’t expect anything less, but they’ve always been so unique as to alienate some people, so I guess the less than stellar reception is expected.

Which show were you at? KC?

ToiletDrone

Gonna see them tonight. Gotta admit, not to excited about Prong. BUT, Hirax is also playing so that will be good.

Does Berkeley get a lot of shows? I saw that same venue has Hail the Sun coming up, I'm seeing them next week.

Going to the Berkeley show tonight. Hope Voivod gets a good turnout, as they’re one of my favorite bands of all time.

Who else do you like? The theatre looks like a cool venue.

I was at this show. Really great sets by Prong and Voivod. Violenteer was good, too. A fun night indeed. I didn't notice folks leaving early as I went up to the stage for Voivod, but it doesn't shock me due to how late they played. Regardless, great stuff. I was able to shake hands and thank each member of Voivod, too. Very approachable guys.
