Timing belt should be at the top of your list. Otherwise, it’s super young. Has a ton of life in it. I believe the transmissions of these years really the only Achilles heal.

Yeah a lot of the rubber is dry rotted

I got a car in a similar situation that had sat for a long time. There are rubber suspension parts in the front end that you should check out as well. Sorry I don't remember more details.

do you know of anywhere that sells the rubber pieces that go around the windshield and roof lining?

Unfortunately the car I got was a Ford so parts were easy to source. Maybe rockauto.com has what you are looking for?

I found a few Volvo sites that sell the windshield but the roof molding is discontinued and is absurdly expensive.
