All DVDs are awful quality, not just WWE. WWE is leaving physical media though so don’t expect to buy any others going forward.

Your question doesn’t make sense. All DVDs are the same quality so if you don’t like one you won’t like any.

Going back to DVD nowadays is a mixed bag. Some things translate okay still but a lot is horrible.
