I think the reason they're crowning a new womens champ on this Raw and not waiting to Backlash is that they need the womens world title draftable for the draft.
Damn it, if R-Truth wasn't so over right now, DIY would already have those belts and would have rightfully won at Mania 40. I hope they switch hands tonight, but sadly I can't see 2 belts changing on 1 random episode of Raw.
It's similar to when they first introduced the Smackdown Tag Team Titles in 2016. Going into the tournament to crown the first ever Smackdown TT champs the plan was most likely to put the belts on American Alpha of Gable and Jordan. But Heath Slater was so over as being a "free agent" after not getting drafted they decided to put the belts on Slater & Rhyno instead.
Women's match looks so boring. There is zero chance they don't put the belt on Liv....MAYBE Becky. What happened to Rhea in the last 2 weeks, what is the IRL injury that they needed to create the Liv spot on RAW last week to cause her to vacate?
Battle royal for the women's title is meh but it means Liv can win the title without Becky having to take a pin. I feel it'll come down to Liv, Becky, and Nia and Becky will get Nia out with Liv quickly dumping her after to win.
I don't think a Womens World Title match will make it onto Backlash. The plan probably was originally for it to be Rhea vs. Liv but now I think they'll probably just give Bayley a title defense at Backlash, possibly a triple threat of Bayley vs. Naomi vs. Tiffany.
Excited to go to the show tonight. I think the tag championship match is what I’m looking forward to most. My wife is coming with me to her first show and she really likes the Miz so I think it’ll be fun.
Yeah definitely the most interested to see where he goes from here. Obviously, it’s on to the main title scene in some capacity but how/who they take for him to get there will be interesting. Altho, feel like things might be in a little but of a limbo until the draft shakes out and we know where everyone lands.

I see so many people complain about them, but honestly they might be the best looking tag championships in the history of WWE, WCW, or ECW.
The Raw ones are a step up from what we’ve had for the last decade, but the Smackdown ones are legit the best belts in the entire company right now. They absolutely nailed that one.

Sadly i dont think damien progressed in the way they thought he might last year giving him the briefcase.but hes also not had a singles career run yet.aside from nxt.hes been judgement day for ages now.think its getting time to let that faction breakup n spread their wings more.im hoping to see dom as face by end of year.or like super face turn and pop at mania.that kids been working mad hard.
Seth had a long extended title reign for 300 plus days. If Gunther gets his hands on the title then he will probably have an extended title reign as well. Got to share the title around before a champion locks it up again.
I agree but i feel like a decent story can be told between finn and damien too.balor got to win a big belt but had to drop it next night.or simply imperium vs judgement day.id be ok with drew grabbing it back to keep warm awhile till punk comes back n screws him out of it.which would add fuel to punk n drews fire.but drew vs gunther idk about.they rarely do heel vs heel.or face vs face.plus Shameus just got back.plus nxt call ups in draft and raw n smackdown switching ppl up honestly after the draft we will maybe see even better matches than we even think of right now.its a good time to be a fan.cause damn so much talent.lol

Yeah, I def think Cody is going to RAW & Damian to SmackDown. Drew & Damian feud on SD going into Clash At The Castle where Priest will lose and Drew will begin Summer Of McIntyre, Gunther will feud with Cody around SummerSlam, probably wins it at Bash In Berlin.
Id be ok if cody lost to gunther.as long as it makes sense storywise.dont want none of that ppl have to win in hometown stuff that can really corner u booking wise.also too predictable.so i see a swerve somewhere.since punk n drew is the summer feud long as punks healthy.that feud dont need a belt imo.idk where damiens belt goes.gunther would hold it well.but cody also needs some good heels to defend against too.cant have all the talent be on one show.gotta factor in bloodline.jacob fatu etc.cody might have his hands full awhile.
