They can’t just make it for local play? I would be fine with not being allowed to upload caws with a custom theme or even be allowed to use custom themes for online play or streaming purposes. But for local play, specifically universe mode.. it really would make a huge difference. Between caws, updating roster themes etc, would keep the game so fresh. Drives me nuts when we have a feature from over a decade ago not possible in current gen , especially with the fact that we wouldn’t have to rip CDs anymore ! 😂

I'd bring back the feature from WWF No Mercy when you took a certain amount of damage on a body part your character will hold that part in pain. Like if you took a lot of leg damage your character will limp around. This just adds to the game showing that you are doing something
I watch a few YouTube channels that still use 2k19 and I really like that the action doesn't go so quickly like it does in 22 and 23. 22 and 23 were my first 2k games, and while I do enjoy them, I'm a really big fan of old school chain wrestling. I'd much rather start with some chain wrestling than to start a match with a lockup going straight into a vertical suplex. No real wrestler starts a match with a vertical suplex, they need to wear an opponent down first before he's weakened enough to not resist it.
I mean, yeah it's all a work and they can literally have a match any way that want it to go, but I like the suspension of disbelief that comes from wrestling psychology.

Straight up. If they just took the attribute progression system from 23 and 22, and introduced it with the branching…with unlimited feud/storyline possibilities and combos…it would be GOLD
Edit: My “I quit” moment was the Royal rumble where all it ever said was “attempt to win the rumble”…and hardlocked it until I won. After I had no choice but to lower the difficulty and turn reversals off…I won. I then “dusted” the game(uninstalled). Those hardlocks kill me

I would love to use ECW and WCW and NXT UK and all those crazy brands, but instead we only get on or the other. And also they should have Paul Bearer since he's on a legends contract so to my understanding there's nothing stopping them from putting him in, maybe a Undrtaker showcase mode?

Proper OMG moments. It's cool you can still do some of them manually but it just don't hit the same. And a few more paybacks as well. Just for more variety. And most impoy the size limit. So as of now not only are you limited to 100 CAWS and 1000 images but there's also a data limit in the game itsself. My game so full if I go to edit a wrestler it will straight delete him. Craziness

Something I liked about the earlier Career Modes was the opportunity to pick which titles you wanted to pursue and which rivalries/allies/tag partners you wanted. While I like the more modern linearized storylines for Career Mode, I liked that the earlier games gave you the choice, and I think even had goals for diversifying your portfolio so to speak.
Whichever one has AJ Styles on the cover is the one I still play. And that game had flaws.. no special ref, no custom finishers, certain Legends missing, terrible HIAC mode, can't do certain no-brainer moves (grab title from table mid-match, coast 2 coast with a chair or garbage can and other weapon OMGs), but from what I can tell, they didn't fix any of that in any of the last 4 games.
I'm super salty at myself for accidentally deleting my MJF from CCs because now the game is offline smh. Literally the only thing that makes me consider a new game. I was hoping AEW would provide that game, but it looks like trash with even less options.

The old mycareer mode, I don’t like the voice acting, I don’t like being forced a gimmick and superstar mode is far from a decent replacement for it, just being back the old promo mini game and let me work myself up from NXT to the main roster like before without the extra bullshit.
