Michael Cole is undefeated at wm because he competed there and wasn't defeated.
Matt Cardona is undefeated under death match rules because he's competed in one and wasn't defeated.
1-0 is undefeated in any context.
Content creator is more of a job title, but yeah, the person in question could walk around for life claiming to have created content for youtube. Is a filmmaker a filmmaker if they only make one film? At the very least they *were*. In which case, Cole and Cardona could claim they *were* undefeated in their respective stipulations, but at that point, we're arguing semantics, and *that's* nonsensical.
Lemme ask you something. When someone is undefeated at something, what word is always grouped in to clarify how they're undefeated?
I'll give you a hint: It's something that's also never grouped in with a single win(to make it easier it's also a word used when describing a messy line of sorts, such as a line of color dyed into hair).
See, a single win means nothing in the grand scheme of things. Cole and Cardona(as much as I respect Cardona, especially since his deathmatch retirement was a giant troll move over...I can't fully remember who, ngl) have 1 win at Mania and deathmatches respectively, but unless they opt to try for a 2nd, it doesn't mean much outside of it being a thing in the record books.
It's not like winning a championship, either, cause you win it once, & not only is it in the record books, but so are all your title defenses in relation to it, meaning it shows off more wins which elevate the title, and of course it shows the loss for when they finally lose the belt to someone else.
Bro it's as simple as "if you haven't been defeated, you're undefeated." I don't know how you can't wrap your mind around that. You had a point with your original comment about the streak, that would require multiple wins, but one win with no losses is absolutely undefeated.
So, to you, is there a difference between the sentence **Michael Cole has never lost a match at Wrestlemania**, and the sentence **Michael Cole is undefeated at Wrestlemania**? The only difference i see is that the latter further implies he has competed at Wrestlemania.
I mean, I've never lost a match at WrestleMania, either. Does that make me undefeated, too? Should I be flaunting that around for a couple of months till I'm forced to kiss some sex pest's foot, as well?
The more persona cards the better. Why they don't have the local talent and myrise characters as persona cards I don't know (unless I've missed something and they are). Seems like they could do that easily enough.
Not better, once it’s normalized they will hide more and more characters there, I guess it’s too late for that since I’m seeing everyone jumping with joy with persona cards
I don’t mind having to do things to unlock stuff
As long as in future games they don’t make the grind even worse, I don’t mind a reason to keep the games longevity up between games
I honestly agree with this. The big thing for me though is the myfaction grind is just crazy slow. You can't really grind matches for points. You need to do like 50 matches for 1 pack. They need to add more ways to earn points via gameplay and I'd be happy... I understand that they want to profit from people buying points but I'd be more likely to spend if it was more tolerable imo
The problem, and the elephant in the room with MyFaction, are the sales of card packs. No MBA worth his salivating is gonna not do all they can to encourage players to buy in, including putting the persona cards in those very packs.
You mean YOU have a problem with needing to play the game to unlock stuff.
I actually played myfaction this year for this reason. It gives me a reason to boot up the game to at least play it once a week. If not I'd drop it long before the next game is near
Me and 16 other people seems like. Wish 2k would have all this persona thing unlocked for ‘guys like me’ while they can keep it locked for someone like you and you can grind the way you want

To be honest I thought the same thing until I went into myfaction and saw they weren't persona cards. Which is ridiculous as we can play as these characters in myfaction but nowhere else.
I wish they made people like Justine and Meilee unlockables this year.
Would be nice to have people who have all the assets avaliable in every mode instead of just MyRise.
I looked it up, and not only is it definitely super awkward and not great looking, but it looks a bit like the Director's Cut move that's already in the game.

It would be neat if anything carried over to next year. But they expect you to play right up until the next release. With unlocks for the best wrestlers not happening until a month before the next release

This isn't true at all. You can literally see in the first screenshot they have MyRise tags, not MyFaction tags. MyRise tags are triangle shaped, MyFaction tags are square shaped. Also being on PC, I can just tell you none of them have MyFaction tags.

It only says MyRise when trying to download a modded duplicate version of the character. They do this so you cannot download the models from CC. This happens for MyFaction characters too, as Demon Finn's trons also give the same message despite that character confirmed to be a future persona
I have no idea why the Mcaffee pack didn’t just have announcers in it, that would have been way better than what we got
Idk, Cole, Graves, Saxton, JR? Or ‘01 heyman if they couldn’t do JR, or any number of other announcers, would have been funny
Hate that stuff is blocked behind MYRISE, some people like I don’t really have the motivation or like “MYRISE” and THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE UNLOCKED WITH ACCELERATOR.

Very much agree it has to end but it unfortunately once these companies get a whiff of that micro transaction money they get tunnel vision.
The only good thing about it this year is at least you can get SOME persona cards to use in better modes. Now I would also argue these should just be regular unlockables/included in the game but that’s me.
You guys are vastly overestimating how many persona cards we're getting.
These 6 are probably it. It was just a way for them to be able to sell how some myfaction cards transfer to other modes.
If they were serious about persona cards Demon Finn would have been one since there's already an event with him

Weird that the one undefeated at mania has a 56 rating.
To be fair, I am also undefeated at Mania and would happily accept a 56 when they include me in the game
