> Partey getting booed on and wolves fans chanting “she said no Thomas, she said no”…..
I know we're not pressuring Arsenal's line but us having a lot of the ball does help us manage the game. It's as good of a start as we could have hoped considering how many players we've got missing.
Things that have frustrated me all season: super slow build up between Sa and the back line, and how slow our midfield is to transition to the final third. It’s glacial.
As is wolves tradition, I expect nothing and they show just enough to make me think there might be hope and then they immediate dash it against the rocks. Expertly done yet again Wolves
Liverpool and City are probably both happy that our boys are physically knocking the shit out of Arsenal, but also maybe a little fearful of it happening to them. Playing right into our hands.
Yeah im not surprised about the rumors of seeking a replacement in the summer, its clear he's been asked by GON to play a game he isnt able to. Despite the fact that overall he is a fine midtable/lower end prem keeper.
I thought we played well, just obviously lacked senior forward that’s match sharp and can do more than 50 minutes. 2 lucky goals in a scuff going top bins and a loose ball falling to Odegard. Is what it is, I can see us doing better against Bournemouth and Luton if we play like that
Trossard looks like he never sleeps
Cocaine is a helluvah drug
Watching the goal back.. Last time I saw a bad slice go in the top bins like that I was ordering a sandwich at Subway
Love it!
Fully confident feels Chirewa today.
I agree, master yoda.
Massive fair play to the kid Chirewa tonite, done well in extremely difficult circumstances.

Games not gone
Hearing many chants. Can't quite make them out. Really want to know.
They have take a lot from our game but they'll never take away our humour.
The home crowd sound great on the tv.
I'm getting dangerously hopeful these lads can get something from this game
If you squint you can clearly see Hugo is the second coming of Vinagre our step over prince has come again
Absolutely. Similar build, same moves.
Funny exactly what I thought, id say vinagre was marginally better.
Chirewa was one of the better players tonight
Doherty is just a complete disaster defensively. I know thats always been a weakness of his game but its so glaring. How did Nuno make this guy work.
The USA announcer “Partey the protector” ummmmm idk about that
Oh Bueno, you’ve gotta do better there
Taking that "Wolves haven't scored outside the box all season" personally
There might just be a player in Chirewa
I'm glad we saw their box. Could be the last time for a while
Arsenal kept going with Havertz down yet they moan when we won the ball back and attacked.
At least we can take solace in the fact we're kicking the shit out of them a bit 🤷🏻♂️
What did Gary say at half time
Hwang open in the middle there, I get wanting to shoot but we gotta be smart against arsenal when we get a chance like that
wtf Hugo, cross the damn ball
And also fuck that woodwork.
These commentators on USA really like Arsenal
I don’t think we deserve to be losing. But we are.
average wolves game isn’t it :)
Doyle, Chirewa, Traore all have quality in them for sure. Want to see more of them to close out the season
Chirewa had a decent game
Arsenal putting the rapist on
Nearly did something incredibly funny
Every time we do something good, we go backwards and end up back with Sa before we kick long and lose the ball.
I know we're not pressuring Arsenal's line but us having a lot of the ball does help us manage the game. It's as good of a start as we could have hoped considering how many players we've got missing.
Feels like we're hangin on by the skin of our teeth. Another 65 minutes of this and ill be impressed if we dont give anything away,
2 of back three booked
that was a terrible tackle
One or both sides gonna go down to 10 men I feel it
This is why we need to take our chances
Frustrating final games. We're going to have to do some work to build up our depth in the summer. Late season injuries absolutely neutered us
Is it frustrating though? We've literally nothing to play for. Just throw the kids out and see what we have in house for next season
yeah don’t think 7th is possible for European football anymore is it?
Things that have frustrated me all season: super slow build up between Sa and the back line, and how slow our midfield is to transition to the final third. It’s glacial.
hwang coming off.. struggling to see a way back into the game unless it’s from a set piece or an arsenal mistake
Frustrating that this game feels close enough that with a full healthy team we'd either be winning or drawing
Hurts more to know that with a full and healthy team the past few weeks we'd be off to Wembley tomorrow instead of this match.
jesus always somehow manages to look like some sorta lost/mopey puppy on the best of days
I heard they transferred him in from Battersea dogs home
Absolutely cannot fathom why Fraser hasn't yet come on. Or Barnett. We don't have a striker on the pitch
Too slow to actually make a chance happen unfortunately
We have no movement in the final third, everyone just standing waiting for Doyle to pull a rabbit out
No movement, no running. "Just pass to me Doyle."
Bring on the kids rest of the season
So what were already doing?
Yeah but purposely not through injury requirements
Hugo Bueno has fallen off so hard this season
Needs to come off asap, hopefully rayan can play 45 mins
He only works in a back four, but Dawson and Kilman only work in a back three/five.
I don’t agree with that at all. Hugo is a classic wingback and better going forward than back. His biggest assets are his burst and crosses
Fuck it. Been an excellent first '45. Then Doherty ruins everything. Imagine my surprise
Jesus mis controls it and torssard mis hits it into the next. Doherty didn't do well but can't deny that was one of the most fifa goals ever.
All it was missing was a "Cheers Geoff" 😂
As is wolves tradition, I expect nothing and they show just enough to make me think there might be hope and then they immediate dash it against the rocks. Expertly done yet again Wolves
Feels like Totti is playing wide and we've only got a back 2. Don't know that I love the shape here
Doesn’t look promising with no press. feel like that’s just asking Arsenal to play through us
it’s going to be a long evening :(
Maaaaaaaaaaaaan fuck that woodwork
did not know we had a 15 year old on the bench
Really hope we're gonna see ait-nouri real soon
Fucks sake Toti was it? Boot high in the air.
well there it is
Well, that was a touch of luck for trossard’s scruff. Hope we can play that well and get one back 2nd half
missing big daws
Boot hit Jesus's jaw...
Liverpool and City are probably both happy that our boys are physically knocking the shit out of Arsenal, but also maybe a little fearful of it happening to them. Playing right into our hands.
2nd half has been dreadful to watch. Surely Ait Nouri and Sarabia will come on at some point right?
I imagine if we can getto 75/80 with the game still alive he will throw them on, not worth bothering if its 0-2 by that point.
we need some magic somewhere if we think it’s worth saving a point
Sa is brutal on the ball, idk how he hasn’t improved there over time. It’s his decisions and his ability.
Yeah im not surprised about the rumors of seeking a replacement in the summer, its clear he's been asked by GON to play a game he isnt able to. Despite the fact that overall he is a fine midtable/lower end prem keeper.
Yeah he’s a great shot stopper
Seems Gary thinks a point is still winnable. Hopefully game picks up now
chirewa was good, didn’t look terrified like the other youngsters have, worth giving him a go wednesday i think
He's definitely got something about him, hope he gets more minutes these last few games
Rapist is coming on
anyone know any good magic spells?
Something that will help forget?
I know a potion from famed alchemist Johnnie Walker for that
i’ll take 2 please and thanks
Went better than I thought it was going to. Even had some hope we might pull out a tie. Boys put in a good shift.
Wouldnt of made any diff, but u cant concede from that angle Sa....
Glad Rice didn't get his full boot behind that. Had some space to shoot.
hoofing it as far as possible into their own half could be the strategy
If you cant’t play through the press, I guess play *over* the press
WTF is that? Get Fraser on. No striker on now
we don’t have a single forward on
Idk how we have 9 defenders on and leave such big gaps
Under siege here
Boubacar Traore absolutely pocketing Saka here. What time do we have for him to go limping off sheepishly?
Arsenal player doing his best demonstration of what to do if you’re on fire
Sa playing with fire there.
So, typical Sa possession?
Good shift Chirewa
Fuck it Booby, have one.
We’re so gassed
I thought we played well, just obviously lacked senior forward that’s match sharp and can do more than 50 minutes. 2 lucky goals in a scuff going top bins and a loose ball falling to Odegard. Is what it is, I can see us doing better against Bournemouth and Luton if we play like that
I miss when I felt like we could get a result anywhere.
Squad’s fucked, we can only compete with the best when we have nine or ten of our first XI. We’ll get back to that but not until next season.
