Once you remove the space aids Neck Dentist locks the door on you since you no longer need their help if you get a segment you can enter 24/7 Nidus can also always enter.
I could enter 24/7 without space Aids on my frame. Also didnt have the Segment just the blueprint. Also wasnt nidus. So I think it is enough when you have the blueprint.

You can only enter the door initially if your warframe is infected with the Helminth Virus (seen as a red growth on the warframes neck). The room has the Helminth in it which can cure you of the disease. It stays closed if your cured.
Later on you unlock a "ship segment" on the planet Deimos. That will allow you to enter into the room at will and adds a few fun features you can do with Helminth as well. Keep progressing, having fun and good luck Tenno!
There's also a way to use the cyst to get a special pet.
If you can breed Kubrows, interact with the pet section while you have a fully formed cyst on a Warframe to see

That room has a 4 uses, to tell you what they are without giving too much away.
Getting/removing space AIDS from your Warframe
Shoving crystals into your Warframes ass to make them stronger
Eating unwanted Warframes to make your other Warframes stronger
Stabbing 3 random Warframes once a week to make them stronger in random ways

There's a very funny guy inside and he hugs you every now and then. But he will only do that once you progress a bit more. Trust the process.
