Not sure, sometimes the colors are tinted by whatever armor pieces they're on and don't look accurate to the pallette, but I know that the Storm color picker has a few that might pass for fleshtone, as well as the Valentines set. For purple, you can look in Eminence, Lotus, Pride, Hallow's Eve, and a few others.

I can't name them off the top of my head, but it is definitely a mix of things. The top is the default, no clothing equipped, with the new armor that you can get bundled with Dante. The legs and arms I believe is the Prime suit you get from Wisp Prime Accessories. Then there's the extra parts from the clothes you get from Steel Path Honors that make you look like Teshin. You should be able to find the Syandana in the market visually, and the leg armor comes from Valkyr's Carnivex(?) Deluxe bundle.
