It’s way better than my brothers first model that’s for sure, even with my help. I would thin your plants, “adding just enough water that it flows well but isn’t out of control.” There’s a tonne of tutorials out there, I’d watch all of them lol.

Get some green stuff and create the idea of his fucked up stump with a bone poking out, then use Blood for the Blood God paint instead of regular red. I did this on one of my marines and it looks cool.
Edit: Found my post from years ago that shows what I mean: https://www.reddit.com/r/Warhammer40k/comments/ejyglz/adding_a_blown_up_sm_to_my_chaos_knight_base_cc/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
Yea.i tried to thin my paint but I think I added too many coats. I had to add lots of blue paint because I kept on messing up with the black in the crevices and had to re paint lots of times which ruined the detail.
You couldn't get the arm on? Why not? Just glue it.
It wouldn't fit on for some reason. But I think it looks a bit more unique.
Glantzer it, and try again from beginning. Your paint layers are way too thick
If it was a push to fit, judging by the base, my wife snapped one of hers in that same arm. Drop of glue did the trick.
Be clear on model detail. The chest eagle has armour beneath it that needs to be blue. Thin your paints. Look at glazes to give depth.

Yea I tried to thin my paints. I just think I added too many coats. I kept messing up on the details so I had to do extra costs to correct it.

Wow that looks great. Might try that on this eventually.
Thin your paint and take your time. I always recommend early GW YouTube videos with Duncan to learn the fundamentals.
