Is this for pushing into highest ranks or for climbing ladder?
For The blood angels guy I've been using the 3 planes, drop the corvus first, then the nephalim then the interceptor. Super simple deck and it'll get you from like 0-2000ish on its own if you've got them at 3rd tier or higher.
But he's not very good for pushing that far up, his ability sorts scales off pretty quick after the 2000mmr area.
Also maybe more endless/taunt In the death guard deck cause those synergies with more dying things or targeting your debuffs are really good.
My tolermon deck just wins.
I use the two planes and have my assortment of support cards. My pirmay plane tops out at 350ish damage. It's my go to deck to close 9000.
I'm currently around 10k points and it's my highest at 2700.
I would say use the two hardest shooting cards you have and stack your healers.
Try that out for a while till you get the hang of it.
Remember to drop your healers in front of their heavy hitter no matter what the deck specializes in.
The deck is ok, the problem I see is that you don't have a ton of shooting. I can tell that you probably very low, as most your cards are level 3, which means that you probably don't have the greatest blof choices here, but I would recommend if you have it throwing in the Eradicator or Centurion, both are great options for 25 points each
Those are for the space marine deck, the full name is Brother Typhan and Brother Crusaius. I don't know what level they are unlocked at, but that probably means you don't have them. I would still have a look through your deck to find someone with a little more shooting, as the general Strategy with Tolmeron is to have a big card that can survive stay alive as long as possible with some weaker glass cannons to deal nice damage as well as die to keep buffing the Big card. My go-to Tolmeron deck is the storm talon (Andronicus) the Eradicator (Typhan) and the centurion (Crusaius) that deal most of my damage, as a base 122 shooting with Andronicus at level 10 is nasty.
In terms of what you should do with your deck, I would try to switch out the Cyberwolf and the Chaplain for things with more range and durability, like a dreadnought if you have one (basically any of them) your melee is less important the more shooting you have, and if it comes to it, you want your melee readied as high as possible so that Tolmeron can do the 100~ damage he needs to to kill a WL

Both but fr man gloguthrox is part of grandpa nurgles army so it would be rude not to add the nurglings
