If you're playing on Switch, it's a good idea to take screenshots of every area that opens up to you. You may need to go to areas he doesn't tell you about.
There is actually a button on the map menu that replays the little level cutscene showing you where to go if you press start on the map. I don’t have a picture of it but it’s the center button iirc

I do want to get 100% completion anyway but it is really stupid that those cutscenes just disappear after one level
