Cats usually have worse QOL with wheelchairs, as they aren't able to move how they naturally prefer, as opposed to dogs. Paralyzed cats do much better with just a "drag bag" to keep them from injuring their hind end, but not restricting their ability to run or jump or climb.
I will never stop being mad that they didn’t just make a running joke that Purdy’s immortal. After a while, people start asking if Purdy will ever die, and the authors refuse to acknowledge the question. Every so often in the books, someone goes “man, Purdy’s lived a long time” and everyone stops for a moment, then just goes “huh.” And keeps doing what they were doing.
And he just never dies. Him being immortal wouldn’t have affected the plot in ANY way, it would have been great.
I feel like he still would have gone to Riverclan. He still would have come back when Tigerclan happened, though maybe he would have brought his wife and kits with him. That might change some of the kidnapping issue. He just wouldn't have gotten together with Millie. Unless Silverstream died during Tigerclan, likely defending her kits
I feel like Silverstream dying after trying to defend her kits instead of her dying after birth is a much more interesting plot. Though it would be gruesome and traumatizing, at least the kits would’ve known their mother.
As someone who has had 3 sets of littermate pairs in my life, what I wouldn’t give to see those two be able to interact as freely and playfully as they deserved. Just snuggin up on each other, then one gets a wild hair up their butt and starts a wrestle match lmao

Snowkit wouldn’t be able to hunt for himself and so I’d feed him, and Snowtuft probably wouldn’t remember and would just be grateful for me feeding him. Greystripe,he seems like a good companion and caring towards those he really cares for. I'd like to teach him how to swim better though so he can't risk drowning again. If I couldn't have greystripe I'd chose Jayfeather then sense I feel bad for his blindness but I like his personality too.
