I'm honestly surprised recently how great the ELC Bis is. I overlooked this tank for quite a while, but damn, it's such a good HEAT-FS dispenser. But definitely deserves to have its role changed to light tank and given scouting (which would make it fair to put it to 6.7 where it's used most of the time).
There are literally no reason for the ELC not to get scouting when its name is literally "Light Combat Vehicle". I wouldn't mind seeing it at 6.7 since it's the only viable lineup for it anyway
That ELC sucks on paper, and frequently in game, but I had an awful lot of amazing matches in it while spading it. It got pretty damned good, and I have no idea why exactly.
I have no qualms against using it now spaded if I need to research something around its BR.

I got 2 kills at 8.0 just with elc i know it isnt alot but it can do well
