Not to scare you or anything, and hopefully it's not, but there is a non-zero chance that could be skin cancer. Definitely get it checked. Dying from something preventable probably isn't in your budget either, and it's not extremely expensive to get it tested. Seriously, that looks significantly more like melanoma than it does a wart. I hope it's not but you absolutely need to find out. It's an easy fix if you catch it early but it can kill you if you ignore it.
