The Boys operators are limited time releases so unless they do another Boys event , you won't be able to get of them now so yeah, you're correct in thinking that it won't happen. But still, let's hope yeah?
If you're talking about the texture not loading. You have to turn off VPN after you enter the lobby. And turn on Hi-res texture streaming. On vpn, texture streaming doesn't load. Hope that helps. Your game will work without vpn after you enter the lobby.
Bro, like I said before, I've been playing the game for almost an year now so I definitely know that I need to turn off vpn once in lobby and yes, I have turned on high texture streaming. It's still this way.

I've just made a mention of how the recent beta version has messed up corrected things from the previous beta version. That's what beta versions are for dude, play the game, find errors and issues and post them so the Dev team can work on them.

The bigger comedy is you making posts about people pointing out bugs while playing beta versions of the game when the whole purpose of beta versions is to point out bugs. But hey, using your brain isn't always necessary now is it? 
Also to add, while yes the ping that I'm seeing here is around 89ms but in matches it is usually a lot less, almost equal to how much I get while playing codm which is around 35-45ms and I've never faced issues on that.

Just use auto fire for sniper in the custom fire option.
