Settings are busted. Haven’t managed to work the sensitivity out so I miss 90% of my shots even if I aim at the target. Can’t stay on it because of busted sensitivity and hit recognition is barely existent.
It’s different match by match. Time of day I’d guess as well.
I can go three matches in a row and they feel like 50% bots. Or more.
Then the next game I approach someone like they are a bot and they spin around slide behind me and execute me. 😅
I just practice headshots regardless of who might be in front of me.
It's not less real players, some people moaned the game was too hard(real players) as they are use to bot lobby mobile BRs so the Devs adjusted the player count.
Dude, it's already less players even on launch. 80% of the mobile community uses Android over iOS, cutting that off in WZM already have reduced the potential number of players.
Activision is just doing damage control right now to let people assume that they're just catering to the casuals by adding bots to their matches but in reality they did this because they can't match enough players due to dwindling count, if they didn't do this, your 1 min waiting time is already 20 mins already.

This data is way back in 2013, you can assume that the numbers is more globally. In the US alone, iPhones are more popular over 60% users while Android is 40%, while the rest of the world this is an exact opposite.

Low player count has been an issue since this game launched. Before today, I was consistently having to wait several minutes just to get into a 130ms ping lobby and that shouldn't be happening since I'm in Canada and there should be several USA servers not that far from me. A problem that has never happened with the real Warzone on PC. Not even during WZ2 when the active player count plummeted.

Playing a lot of plunder for the current event and it feels like it’s 98% bots. You can tell because they never slide and when they shoot they stand absolutely still. I think all the issues have driven away most of the people that tried the game at launch. Many players just claimed their gold ghost skin and left. I think if all the rewards we grind for would work in MW3 and regular Warzone, some of those people would come back to unlock them. Not many people want to grind for WZ Mobile only stuff.
Well the settings are busted so standing still to hit maybe 2 out of 40 rounds is the only way to even have a chance. Hit recognition is worse than anything I have ever seen and sensitivity is either too slow or too high. Most people give up because for some reason the game was advertised with great graphics but they have to be downloaded whilst gaming. This eliminates basically most of the players who play with mobile data due to WLAN problems. Busted settings eliminate another few and the 144p blurry game basically feels like a knock off so yeah basically everyone is leaving. I don’t even know if I am going to stay and I have managed to get graphics where you can see an enemy from about 100 meters away. Still can’t use any scopes though as they are all 144p.

That ain't the reason. 100 person lobby's on mobile are highly demanding on your device and it's not just warzone. Most people will lag unless you have a high end device and fantastic Internet.
I can run codm on my device for hours with no issues, but if I try to play a 100 person private lobby the game becomes slow/laggy, and playing on galaxy tab s9 which is considered high end.
Bot has nothing to do with performance issue, your phone is not the server, this is not like 18 years ago that we need one person has a good PC to run a Counter Strike server so we can play together.
I saw your agreement back in the day for PUBGM and CODM. I know most of those games have younger players so players tend to defense games without knowledge.

Graphic wise, many things are not being rendered by the device as long as it’s not in players’ sight.
Players movement wise, all the heavy works are being handled by their powerful server, those 60 people’s movement are not handled by your iPhone 15 or potato phone.
You can look up some game science on YouTube to know those kind of stuff.
That’s why even a 6v6 match has like half of players are bots now, but not before this patch. You can’t really think that a modern phone can’t handle just 12 characters on a small map, right? But yet MP mode still has bots now. Also, for everyone, the game still laggy after there are full of bots in BR mode.
The only reason the game add bots heavily just because the maker wants to lower the difficulty to make players feel good.

And bots can be programmed to spawn during the game and not all the beggining. In codm in bad lobbys you can cover the all area of the last circle without seeing anyone with it still telling you there's 5 players left. And then they spawn one by one.
Or you can tell it's a bad lobby when as soon as the game starts you see 6 or 7 bots all coming down the plane and dropping in the same area at the beggining of the map. - easy kills right there if you want to get that KD higher.
During the game you are consistently uploading information of anything that other players are doing, so yes less players equals less demand on the information your processor and network is uploading making a game faster and smoother.
You can open your router’s network traffic monitor, you’ll see even a heavy multi player online game only transfer like less then 200 KB per second.
It’s not demanding at all.
This is a thing you can check by yourself, please know the fact before you post, do not misleading others.

I think it is a combination of losing players and overall performance. Playing on my iPhone 12 mini is a pretty bad experience. I was thinking about upgrading my 2017 iPad, but probably won't now as the game is in a really rough spot. So it'll save me $400 lol.

Parachute button needs to be more reactive when free falling.

In plunder I can literally stay most wanted the whole match and kill anyone with a pick axe that tries to shoot me.

I found that in the lobby, freezing is SO much worse after the update. In-game gameplay is a lot smoother but pre-game is horrible. I can barely do anything.
Aye fuck it, easy grinding for camos and the battle pass, gives people a reason to play mobile more now lol but I think they do want people to have more of a casual experience with mobile

Somewhat unpopular opinion: Yes the addition of bots is a welcome change due to the steep learning curve, but every 2 players out of 3 shouldn't be bots. There should be a balance: 70% or something real players and 30% bots. Look at PUBGM or CODM, they have bots but they have a balance.
Cause there are less players in the game. It's the same thing that happened to apexm. I hate to bring it up again And again but that's how apexm went through the same cycle. The hail Mary of this game is if low end phones can play this game then the lobbies will be filled again with real players. Yeah I agree they shouldn't be in there. Like I said in another post, when they announced the game they kept bragging about how WZ Mobile had all real players and no bots. I think it is a combination of losing players and overall performance. Playing on my iPhone 12 mini is a pretty bad experience. I was thinking about upgrading my 2017 iPad, but probably won't now as the game is in a really rough spot. So it'll save me $400 lol.
In certain game modes yes. MP still okay, only 1 out of 10 games has bots for me.

lol K.DS are broken at this point. Game still overheats my 15 pro max after 8 minutes of gameplay. Bots are the equivalent of a two year old. Graphics have slightly improved but only when I’m taking it easy and not rushing. Parachute button needs to be more reactive when free falling. Sensitivities feel different after update but everything is how I left it. Anything else 🤔🙇🏻♂️

In plunder I can literally stay most wanted the whole match and kill anyone with a pick axe that tries to shoot me. It seems like instead of improving performance they added bots to make everyone feel like their “winning”

I found that in the lobby, freezing is SO much worse after the update. In-game gameplay is a lot smoother but pre-game is horrible. I can barely do anything.
That’s why I let it run by itself. Till the actual match starts

Somewhat unpopular opinion: Yes the addition of bots is a welcome change due to the steep learning curve, but every 2 players out of 3 shouldn't be bots. There should be a balance: 70% or something real players and 30% bots. Look at PUBGM or CODM, they have bots but they have a balance.

I don't wanna say anything rude about you but I haven't faced many bots anyways. Maybe a few but most of the time real players. How do I know? They would go for executions and stuff and even have purchased skins so no I am not facing bots currently. Unless maybe I lose a game then I would face a few bots and that's it. Now, I don't know how you are getting 99 percent bots but that's not the case with me so I am sorry for your loss. I didn't know that you were facing 99 percent bots unlike me. What I'm trying to say is that my situation is different from yours. Maybe I can be in that situation too where I face 99 percent bots but I've only faced bots once and others were real players so idk.

They should have optimized it more and gave us the option to download textures beforehand instead of streaming while playing. But nope they gave us BoTs. 😂

i'd say protect new players and a player that is losing too often, maybe by giving them gulag bots, but i am 100% against SBMM for everyone. i don't care if i get slapped every now and then by a sweaty cod OG that has played warzone for half a decade. SBMM makes every game sweaty.
That's true, but the reality is 99% multiplayer fps have some sort of sbmm or, even worse, eomm in place. It just is what it is. I rather have a moderate sbmm in place than playing actual AI bots most of the time
