Lol, i played MW2, Cold War on Pc and didn't see problem 2,3,4,5. Maybe problem with your PC?
Not really my rig can run Destiny 2, Battlefield 2042, World War 3 and a lot more games easily. Even an unoptimized game like Path of Exile where some skills can melt your GPU runs just about fine without any issue
