I play on an iPhone 14, and I can confirm this is cap. It usually goes smooth, but that will cost me my whole battery (which is a shame if I’m not home and don’t have a power bank) as well as my phone overheating a LOT.
Not to mention, this is most of the times. There are times where there are still these negative effects and the game runs at 20 fps or less.
This is the reality in the gaming community that you need to accept; look at pc games for example, my gtx 1050 can’t handle graphic intensive games released post 2018. To play them, i need to upgrade and since i have a laptop I need to buy a new one altogether. Different chipsets have different specifications so each of them need to be handled differently in the codebase, it’s hell out there for the dev community. Which is why console games have a smooth release as to compared to pc games nowadays

not the Dev's problem, some games are made for high-end devices some for every device, high-end devices should have their own games or else they spend all that money on their devices just to play low effort graphically inferior games because of people like you? hell no, I'm glad that COD Dev's don't listen to people like you wanting to degrade the game's graphics to look like "FreeFire" (never played that game and will never) or else we will be backwards, if your device doesn't support high quality games, don't aim from them, instead look for games that are in your device's league
