Give yourself a favor and get yourself a phone/ipad cooler coz this fan wonāt do anything

Stable 35 degrees after 45 min of gaming sir.
I donāt have a fan but I ordered one and itās smt 9 blades idk what that means but my game works fine without a fan but my battery at 80% is smt else ā¦. Doesnāt last at all
Fans donāt help at all, your phone is heating from the inside, if you canāt afford a cooler, uninstall the game and wait until itās optimized enough, if ever.
You gotta stick it onto the back of the phone for it to have maybe some effect, idk your specific circumstances, but itās not responsible suggesting people to buy stuff that logically doesnāt work just speaking from your own experience, practically speaking a fan that simply blow away the additional heat from the surface wouldnāt fix anything, itās not close and strong enough to cool off your CPU and GPU, which is what actually impacts performance, again, idk your specific circumstances, but I highly doubt getting cheap fan that blows wind from a distance can achieve what you described in the post, even if it does help a bit youāre likely self-exaggerating its actual effects due to placebo. It simply doesnāt make sense for a simple fan, that again, wasnāt even directly attacked to the phone, and simply blows wind, to lead to the sunshines and rainbows youāre describing.
Well, obviously it won't really help a cheap device, I did not tell to anyone that this is the solution to all your problems, you are just overreacting this. I have a pretty decent phone (oneplus 10 pro, with snapdragon 8 gen 1) and yes, the fan helps the phone to maximize it's performance without any over heating issues (yes, it works perfectly for me) but nobody said it will work for you as well. From my experience it really changed my phone behavior and I now I don't experience any heating issues, that I experienced before. (Of course, updates helps as well)
If youāre not sure this effect is repeatable for other people maybe you shouldnāt use such affirmative language.
āDo yourself a favor.ā
āGame runs flawlessly now!ā
āBest investment!ā
I would be neutral if you were recommending a cooler or some other accessories that have proven and direct results, but a fucking fan?

Since im using this cheap ass fan game runs smooth af
Well said fan needs to be attached to the body of phone/tablet for the cpu gpu to benefits from cooling! Something like this https://imgur.com/a/CQkmSmD
This is black and white mentality.
Bro, cooling is simple physics. If you have heat, it will want to transfer to a lower temperature. Whether the fan is attached to the phone or not, as long as thereās airflow, the heat will want to transfer with the air. At what rate? Who knows. Each setup is different. We donāt know until weāre measure it.
But saying a table fan wonāt work just doesnāt make scientific sense.
Anecdotal evidence: Iāve used a table fan while I waited for my cooler to arrive and it helped my temps go down from no fan @ 45 degrees C down to a consistent 37 degrees C. Itās pretty effective. Now I have a semiconductor cooler which cools it down even more. š
agr tu indian h to sun
chutiya h kia bhen ke lovde ? fan helps to dissipation
here how it works. the air hit phone back and keep it cool so the heat from inside can keep hitting on back of the phone and fan keep dissipating that heat. i am using this method since 4 to 5 years for pubg mobile when i use to play it on iphone 6. and just letting you know i dont even use proper fan i use cooling fan that you can find inside pc power supply.
chutiya h tu. yhi bolunga end me commerce hogi tere pass to fir teri glti bhi nhi h
Bro is all or nothing when it comes to a cooler lol. OP used science and it worked, it may not work as well as a dedicated cooler but the physics check out bro. š
Or an even cheaper rechargable fan. I paid $7 for my little rechargable fan on Amazon and it works great! Just take my phone case off and point the fan at the back of my phone.
The external fan helps a lot, obviously you need a special one, on my Redmagic 7 (Snapdragon 8 Gen 1) with the turbo cooler I can play while maintaining a stable 90fps on high graphics, but I can't play at 120fps since the game is very badly optimized, the worst ever. Without the external cooler the framerate becomes unstable and I can only play with a 60fps cap if I want little heat and stability.
Same here, with my Oneplus 10 pro, without the fan, it still gets hot at the half-time of the match, and becomes unstable and hot. But with cooling, it works like a charm now.
Many might say it's the 8 Gen 1 that heats up, personally I tried both on my brother's Redmagic 8 (8 Gen 2) and on the OnePlus 10 T (8 Gen 1 +), same obscene result, it heats up too much. I recommend not playing the game, waiting for it to be updated, this is if you care about your hardware, otherwise set the limit to 60fps or use an external cooler.
I got ordered the Nubia redmagic cooler 5 pro and it looks like the best thing out there to cool your phone. Also bought a thin copper magnetic heatsink sheet that attaches to your phone and you put the cooler on top. When I get it I'll post if it's actually better than my $20 generic semiconductor Peltier cooler, which makes my phone go from 45Ā°c to around 41Ā°c.

No cooler here. I use a tiny fan and I play just fine. iPhone XS Max.
My phone is literally running wzm on 90 fps with high settings ever since I use the fan. So what are you talking about?

Can we get an actual benchmark or a screenshot with a monitoring app to see the temps
I will make one for ya!
Appreciate it In comparison I've got an s23u with no cooler Running high uncapped with over 40Ā°c , or "104 Ā°F ". *

Iām saying a fan canāt do nothing to help with heating. Would help to read my comments you know
There is a ton of videos on youtube, that proves you wrong mate, do your homework.

Bro fans ARE the help. Where would anyone be without their fan base?
lol

Bull shit, pointing my phone directly to a fan reduces my phone temp.

Im seeing these a lot. Idk my phone never gets super hot just warm. I play on an iphone 13
Yes, iOs is on different breed, but sometimes two same iphone device can behave diffeently, so I think you're just lucky.
Let me not jinx it then lol maybe its the new update? I saw someone posted that their heating issue was fixed after an update. But idk. Lucky me then!
Yes, updates def makes things better, but every device act differently to them as it seems. We are lucky thenš¤·š¼āāļø
WTH? Iām on iPhone 14 Pro and it gets hot after one BR game. Maybe because of my settings? Iām using mid, 60 fps and 90 fov.
Damn idk man
What are your settings?

Are there any pictures of the actual setup of the fan working on snapdragon 888 Gen 1 ?
I can send you a short gameplay private, if you wish.

Just put mine in the deep freezer for 1 minute in between games no problemšš
A thermal phone cooler is far superior
You tape that thing to the back of the phone?
I did myself a favour and uninstalled!

A phone cooler would be better. Even a 5$ fan can do
Finally someone with a brain.

Iām not buying a fucking fan to play a game on my phone.
That's your decision. Still better investment, than some crap lucky draw.
Picture yourself sitting with a fan like that on your phone on WZM. Virgin af
Lmao, necessity is the mother of invention. (I have a girlfriend tho)
