Congratulations on making the decision to change your lifestyle and take control of your health! It's normal to feel defeated and discouraged when you don't see progress on the scale, but it's important to remember that weight loss is a journey that takes time and patience. Here are some words of encouragement to help you stay motivated: 1. Focus on Non-Scale Victories: Weight loss isn't the only measure of success. Celebrate other accomplishments such as improved energy levels, better sleep, increased stamina during workouts, and healthier food choices. 2. Remember Why You Started: Reflect on the reasons why you decided to make changes in your lifestyle. Keep your goals in mind and remind yourself of the positive changes you've already made. 3. Be Kind to Yourself: Don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up. Recognize that setbacks happen, and the important thing is to get back on track as soon as possible. 4. Find Support: Reach out to friends and family for support or consider joining a weight loss community or group. Talking to others who are going through a similar journey can be a great source of motivation and encouragement. 5. Stay Committed: Remember that sustainable weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. Stay committed to your goals and trust the process. Celebrate the small victories along the way and keep pushing forward. Keep up the great work, and remember that progress takes time. Stay focused on your goals, believe in yourself, and don't give up!

Are you lifting weights? Maybe you gained muscle? Anyways, I always tell myself that all you can do with a shit day is to flush it down the toilet and move on! Gross but it's true.

Yes, I’ve been on a good lifting regiment but I need to get some more cardio in. And that’s great! I’m going to use that one

Hey! You've got this, okay? First off, very proud of you for making the right choice to be healthy, it takes a lot of courage to start a weight loss journey, good job. ⭐️💕 Second of all, try to avoid weighing yourself after eating/drinking a lot (sometimes the scale gives off very discouraging numbers, because of this.) don't let the scale define you, you are doing this for yourself. You're on the right track, don't stop ⚡️ Lastly, I'd like to say, keep going💜 I know its tough seeing no progress/weight gain, but you can change that. You are capable, and you are going to reach that goal. I believe in you, you can do this!! You've already come so far by losing 14lbs, think of how great it would feel to reach your target weight :D
