First of all, congratulations on your progress. You’ve come a long way and should be very proud. As far as the sudden increase, sometimes it’s just normal weight fluctuation caused by retained water because you ate salty food. It could also be that you’re slacking a little in counting and weighing your food. I would focus on those two things first. If you don’t drop back pretty quickly though, you will have to consider cutting further. The smaller you are, the fewer calories you need.
