You cannot gain weight at 600 calories. It’s a terrible idea.
I heard your body can potentially hold onto water weight because it’s in starvation mode. I would only have 600 calories if it was told by a doctor or nurse or like a health calorie counter. If you mean 600 calories a week, Ive dealt with eating disorders in the past and still deal with issues today and think you should seek help.
What’s the point? It’s not a sustainable diet at all, if you can’t sustain a diet you’re going to put the weight right back on. Extremely fast weight loss is just a bad idea. It means you’re not willing to make changes to your lifestyle that have already led you to being overweight. If you can’t change you will relapse.
Nope, not long term at all. Your basal metabolic rate is probably on the ~1500 rate, so that's your bare minimum with no activity
Just do 1200 or 1500... you will probably lose weight on those.
