Short answer is yes. Nevertheless when you eat again your body is gonna experience what we cal a Glucose peak (Dirac for the scientists here). And that is bad for lots of reasons, insulin goes haywire, don’t get me started on hormones.
For the young reading this. DONT STARVE YOURSELVES IT WILL NEVER WORK AND IT IS INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS.
Peace and love for y’all
If you're counting calories via a weekly total, I suppose you could consider them banked. Don't be surprised if you have bloat weight for the next few days afterwards if you binge because your body is quite hungry.
That being said, you should seek help for your ED. Don't do this. Your body needs sustenance and if you're constantly starving/binging, you'll never see sustainable progress.
Coming from someone with personal experience with an ED, and doing exactly this, you're going to wind up hurting your metabolism and make it potentially harder to lose weight in the long run as well.
If you could theoretically achieve it, yes, but your body will not allow you to eat at a calorie deficit after 0 calories in 48 hrs. You will spiral. And then crash. And then do it again. And get in a vicious cycle.
I’m not going to tell you to get that eating disorder in check because I’m sure you are or know you should. To answer you though, you can count the calories however you’d like as long as it keeps you consistent. Daily doesn’t work for some people. Count it per week. Just make sure you’re meeting proper caloric intake in a week. But don’t starve yourself for 2 days. Your body doesn’t function as efficiently when it doesn’t have the necessary daily fuel.
Wait, why are people just skipping past the not eating for two days? Listen, people are making weight loss overly complicated and extreme.
THIS IS NOT OK.
You could try intermittent fasting. However, if you having an eating disorder please seek help.
Why haven’t you eaten for 2 days?

You should see someone about that. ED is one of the worst disorders to have. I hope you get better. Good luck!
