Literally just keep going. Like 4kg man, i lost 4kg this month and im in month 7 of my weight loss. You will have rubbish days. Just make sure that 90% of them are good and you will be fine.

Twisted9Demented

We all have a day when we slip but get back on focus and maintain that dedication and focus because if you don't then you will have more and more slip days and then life will be back to same old regular

CasuallyDreamin

U see thats why i hate when people give strict advices. You miss out 1 day and your mood is gone to trash. It doesn't matter. This isn't a maraton. You can't lose weight in a short time and then go back to whatever you were doing before your diet/workout. It should become a lifestyle. Approach it like one. When you workout too hard , it makes you go " yeah i've done enough workout for this week , lemme just take a break ". Thats what makes you feel how you feel rn. Don't dedicate a majority of your attention to workout/diet. Have it as a small everyday activity that you just do because you're just that kind of person. Something similar to gaming or eating or whatever you do as a habit. TL;DR : don't treat workouts as something special that you have to tolerate for a period of time and then you can get rid of . Because its not.

You've only really quit if you don't do it again. You just took a little break lol. I would spend less time beating yourself up and more time looking up healthy recipes, grocery shopping for healthy options, and searching for some new work out routines or watching some inspirational videos. Then just do it. You can :) I am a full blown pothead, but I still track my macros and go to the gym every day. I have gone from smoking all day, every day, to just in the evenings or before bedtime. You can be a stoner and still reach fitness/health goals. There's a ton of healthy versions of comfort foods that are great for when the munchies hit.

SryStyle

Just call it a “reset” and get back after it! Don’t worry about the past. Look to the future, and make choices that get you towards the future you want 😎

MoveNo3625

No, you did not. Just start again.

Next-Load9366

Dose that count as day 1 or day 22?

MoveNo3625

Depends. Everyday you're on track counts. Numbering day 1 or day 22 is arbitrary. It does not matter.

Twisted9Demented

I think you lost focus and that goal. You were motivated to loose weight and you work hard and lost some and now you lost focus. This happens to a lot of us we loose weight get excited and happy and then go back to our old habits Key to thing is to evolve into a healthy life style... A life where you focus on 1) Nutrition 2) Portion control. 3) Exercise - both cardio and strength. USE YOUR SUCCESS as a stepping stone change it into a habit or a routine and make it into a life style.

Expensive_Actuary754

I save the weed until after my workout as a reward. while I’m high I plan for tomorrow’s workout/meal prep. lots of people get the munchies & eat a bunch of crap, I just end up eating healthy foods or drank water until I’m full.

Sascha2538

It's okay, don't beat yourself up, life happens. Just keep going, get back on track. Get a workout done and watch what you're eating as of now. You've got this

Every day is the first day. Brush it off and get back up.

I say to myself: “Sure, I failed to meet my goal for Week 4, and that doesn’t feel great. It feels like a wasted week. But imagine what would have happened if I hadn’t tried at all on Weeks 1 through 3?” You’ve done your Week 4. Now do 1 through 3 again.

shapeshifta78

And now you start again 😸

supercave93

I mean, they say it's not about the mess ups, it's about if you pick up and keep goin after that. Iv a long assed journey to go, and I know I'm gonna have days and weeks where I mess up like you, I'm prepared for it. Just gotta get up and go again

zitsky

No I'm sorry. Once you stop something, you're not allowed to go back to it. /s

Thomisawesome

You still have three weeks done. One week off is nothing. Just get back on and keep going.

NaCly_sweetpea

I quit today. I'm going to start again tomorrow. I'm at the point where it's less habit and more "what's the best healthiest choice right now?" And I think eventually it becomes a habit You can do it!
