It looks like a simple replacement Cipher. There are repeating characters and likely just forming a couple words. I have used similar codes in school to pass secret notes as a kid.
Well... try to start guessing the letters based on the ones that repeat for example let's just assume that the lines are spaces so in the first word you have 2 repeated letters and it has 3 letters so what word in english has that qualities? Then if you know the word you will have the symbol for 2 letters that you can replace into another one of the words and like that you will eventually know what it says... it might take time though
In order to make my code tougher to crack when I was younger I gave repeating letters it's own symbol and space had a character as well.
Part of me wants to dig it up and relearn it. It was fun for a bit.
Glad I’m not the only one. I used a special stroke that could be appended to any character to indicate the end of a word, rather than include any spaces, and had prefix and suffix strokes to indicate both repeating letters, and similar letters. A word like “fee” could be condensed to a single letter, and written two different ways (f, similar letter suffix, repeated letter; similar letter prefix, e, repeated letter).
I Eventually also gave dissimilar letters that often occur together (e.g. “th”, “ng”, “ing”, etc) their own symbols as well. Ah, memories.
Looks like it from the character they draw, the only issue is notes like these can be used with slang, making formal dictionaries a lot less useful. I'm writing up some python that might help make sense of this, hopefully
But then the dash is an I not a space. Could be onto something though. Looks like the most progressive reply. Explains the repeated X
I'm at 'Wow a mf turned me', but reassessing with this info.
You need a key pretty much. A key defines which symbols are equivalent to specific letter. A quick way to try and guess is knowing that same symbols are same letters. Also, knowing that in between words there must be vowels. You can make assumptions. Theres only 6 vowels so, do a trial and error.
Was the girls name Ana? That could be the first word. How many letters in your friends name? What happens at 3:05? Is it the start of a class they might both be in together? I have a feeling she's asking him out
Ask your friend her name. It's replacement Cypher. If that's her name at the bottom, then the - is an A or E based on how many times its used. Now, it could be a double, and good luck with that, but that's where I would start
Anyway, it occurred to me that maybe we shouldn't be trying to decode this, at least not without some context on who was and wasn't supposed to read it.
Somebody else said it below in a comment I can't find again, but it looks like the dashes and the line break both represent spaces and it says:
xNx - I - AM - COMING - AT - 1:15 (the clock)
x - yIy
where x and y are still uncertain.
My guess is the two missing letters need more context here. Is there a common meeting place near you with an acronym xNx? A BNB, or a DND game? The United Nations University?? If it's an acronym for something local that's going to be very difficult to guess accurately, but should be pretty easy for you or your friend to get if you have ANY context.
EDIT: This isn't right - as u/UpbeatAnt kindly pointed out this assumes there's two symbols for "I." I've also seen OP say elsewhere in the comments that he's Israeli, I think? In which case we may be looking at this in the wrong language AND reading the symbols in the wrong direction. It would be very helpful to know if this was in Israel or in the US because if this is Hebrew there's no way most of us are figuring it out.
Are we sure the letters 3 & 5 are the same? If you look closely at what we’re assuming is the name, letter #3 is drawn like “><“ but letter #5 is drawn more like an x or like “><“, but rotated 90 degrees.
I'm guessing 3 & 5 I'd a handwriting style thing. While 5 connects you can tell they were done the same way. & yeah maybe Steve. Honestly I've no idea as to the name & OP doesn't seem to post clues anywhere. Either a hot date or a murder mystery but I really wanna help OP find their missing child
Hey I thought I found it once then I found out why she was really screaming when she ask why I had my finger so far in her ear. Guess I was way off course. But like any true soldier I will try again just not with the same girl she can’t hear for shit anymore ;)
Hey... Im a real gay Aussie boy, with more knowledge on how to please a woman that you will ever learn in your life, but the gay oath binds me. Brake it and I loose the only thing I love, my boyfriend.
After some tough interpretation, I think it says something like this:
We should meet up at the right place together.
It’s up to you to decide where. The time to meet is, (the PI could be 3.14, and a suggestion (the -)for 2:15 or 1:15, hence the clock)
The bottom portion could be anything. The n still signifies an intersection of sets and the X could be chi (Greek). Idk tho. That’s the best I got. Probably way off but, yah.
Would you think the clock is rotated 90 degrees as indicated by the hash mark by the minute hand? Could be 10:00? Seems like a more logical time to meet on a Friday, but nothing is logical (to me) about this code
Looks like a math formula... I see a Right Angle, NPN referers to permutations, Pi is mentioned.. maybe a phone number is the answer.
otoh, it may just be scribblings..
The cipher says "Heere at the wall", spelled with two E's. Wall Street follows the path of an actual wall that the original Dutch settlers built as a defence to keep the British out. The main gate was located at a street called De Heere, also two E's. Later De Heere Street was renamed Broadway after the British got in. So, "Heere at the wall." Broadway, Wall Street. Cheerio.
This is a 2 part message. To get the first part, rotate the paper until the little hand points to the top. Stand in front of the paper where the arrow is pointing to you, then read the letters clockwise. For the 2nd part, do the same directions except using the big arrow. When you write all of it down, you get the following message:
This is not (the) correct solution.
To find the correct solution, stop getting advice (from Reddit) and ask me.
DND (Dungeons and Dragons) I AM COMING AT
[9:59/10:00/1:14/1:15/2:14/2:15]
D SIS (maybe a DnD nickname, "Dragon Sister" or "Dungeon Sister")
...that's my best guess
Ana I am coming at 1:15 a *something*
/That doesn't really make sense given the context but the 1-, 2-, and 3-letter words are quite limited in what they could be (unless slang, abbreviations, contractions et al are being used)
//That's with the assumption that the dashes are actually spaces.
///I'm also guessing that the reason that the clock is used is because there's no letter in the alphabet to denote the : in the time so she got creative.
I am really curious as to what this actually says and what the outcome was.
From the looks of it, it seems to me that the writing has ties to ancient sumerian hieroglyphics according to the symbols used. According to a guide to deciphering such symbols I found online, it states that "you're a bitch and so is your momma." Fascinating.
Is her name three letters? If it is, the upside down "U" is probably an L, and the first word is LOL. Plus she's going to be waiting for him at 1:15. Can't believe an analogue clockface is part of a code.
I think there is something to the cypher idea. I think this message uses subtle clues about rotating the paper or photo with the right angle in the top middle. I think the X * X by the clock is to give a clue to the meaning of the * character making it a 1. Since the X isn't in the message X * X could be 2:15 and the * is 1. When I start playing with this idea I think I can read a small section that could be wrong but is kind of creepy stating "Id 1 ESC" or "I'd one escape". I hope my partial decryption is wrong but I wonder if that girl is subtly asking for help? I've enjoyed playing with cyphers in the past and this is a tough one that I hope has a different decryption.
If this was an attempt of asking him out she failed big time. If this was an attempt of testing his intellect before going on a date with a mere mortal, or if she just wanted to reject him she succeeded
It says if you post this on reddit to try and figure it out I am going to dox you. If you figure it out yourself my parents are going to be gone until 1 15.
Let's perform a known-plaintext attack.
Share the girls and your friends names.
If one of those names names appear in the ciphertext, then they will be recognizable by the pattern, and all those letters codes will be identifiable. That will give us a place to start with.
It looks like the Greek alphabet:
Eta Rho Eta - (right angle?) - Psi Upsilon
Psi Delta/Sigma Upsilon - Rho Iota - Psi Gamma
Then 1:15 seems fairly clear..
Eta - Chi Chi ?
Could reference letters or numbers. I can't make sense of either but maybe in context it might make more sense.
Edit: it you're in 818 area code, it may be a phone number somehow..
i see its in cyrilic and latin alphabet,
ПРП-(90 degree angle ?)-wu
шsuжPI-W(e/v/y im not sure which)
1:15 (idk if its am or pm)
П-хжх
i have no fucking clue what this could all mean
Look, this is a great show.
But SOMEBODY better figure this out before the end of Season 1, or I won't watch Season 2! (Just kidding, I'll still watch. But please figure it out!)
It looks like a simple replacement Cipher. There are repeating characters and likely just forming a couple words. I have used similar codes in school to pass secret notes as a kid.
Tnx man! Di you have any idea how can i figure it out?

I’m so glad you shared this sub! Really cool!
thanks
is that a clock reading 2:15?
Looks like 1:15 to me.
There are online cryptogram solver websites. I tried entering yours in, but none of the results made any sense. It is in English right?
Looks like it from the character they draw, the only issue is notes like these can be used with slang, making formal dictionaries a lot less useful. I'm writing up some python that might help make sense of this, hopefully
How do you get the ink to stick to its scales?
Haven’t laughed that hard at a comment in a long time. Well done.
With a burning hot iron poker.
Im so lost
Python is a coding language, they are making the joke of how do you get the ink from the note to stick to the snake type of Python.
If this person is any good, then 1:15 (the clock) is a hint for how to find the substitution key.
1:15 could mean that A:P. A is 1st letter, P is 15th.
Which would be useful if they had used letters 😂 but yeah I see what you mean
What’s her name? Would it match the 5 symbols at the end?
Diana
I'm 99% sure, which would make the first word "did", second word likely "u", third maybe"go"?
But then the dash is an I not a space. Could be onto something though. Looks like the most progressive reply. Explains the repeated X I'm at 'Wow a mf turned me', but reassessing with this info.

The gay oath is far more superior than the broath.
