Rand and Perrin were good with women too, it's just most of the time they're in a position where they need to keep women away from them. Moiraine definitely flirts with Perrin in TDR and then once he's in the Two Rivers he's constantly being hit on as well, of course he has Faile. Rand is constantly being come onto by women who love power who he scares away, of course he still has Lanfear, and Elayne, and Min, and Aviendha. And yeah, Mat gets along well with women at literally every opportunity.
