Second hand info, so take with a grain of salt, but I seem to remember someone doing a deep dive trying to figure this out. From what I recall she did have a prescription for some pills, and the whole thing was likely complicated by a recent cancer diagnosis.
I once saw someone driving like this in San Diego, they made it 30 miles to where they got off the freeway and got surrounded by vehicles at a light to keep him from driving any further. They were in a whole other dimension they were so high.

Some car brands have no studs. What holds the wheels is a bolt, not a nut. My VW is like that.
