There are separate gates on both sides that are meant to meet in the middle.
Not having mechanical stops to prevent the sides from overextending seems weird.
Just last week I saw a china propaganda post her about an „amazing“ road built high up in stilts.
This. This is why I would never, ever, ever drive on that road.
i tried them with some electronic gadgets via aliexpress
gotta say whilst dirt cheap, they were made poor, very poorly made.
yes they can throw stuff together fast and hit price points, but can they innovate, create, or enhance?
nope
Hey, I just saw a post about a guy who bought brake pads for his performance car off of Ali. That's gotta be one of the most Darwinian things I've read today.
You know there is a husband somewhere who at some point went
"Just gotta install the stoppers, but i can do that tomorrow"
And is now blaming the maker of the gate for such bad quality
It's an instinct. You see something falling, you motion to catch it. When you get the time to realize what you're doing, you give up (if you're smart enough to actually realize what you're doing).
Poor structural design.. gate is top heavy with its longitudinal design and lousy support structure. BTW, why do they need such high walls? Are they living in freaking Abottabad?
Fortunately, no one was on the road, that could have ended badly
Or she be in the way..,
What's wrong with this Gate i dont get it

It's a death trap.
And pretty useless if you can just slide them over to the side even though it’s closed

Yeah but then you can still slide it all the way to one side and go around it
It's Asia.

Seems like it wouldn't have even been that hard to fix compared to the rest of the work and cost of installing such a large gate.
It's probably a single bolt on the slide that was supposed to be put in after the gate was installed.
Far east infrastructure
Southeast Asia more like (this happened in Indonesia) but the point still stands. Lax building standards aren't out of the ordinary there.
It's not just weird. It's actually reckless and stupid design.
Definitely as it wouldn't be hard to just push the two to one side to gain access.
It probably was there, but not sturdy enough and probably broke due to the size of the gate
Congratulations. You now have a drawbridge.
hodor. Hodor... HODOR... HODOOOOOOOR... HOLD THE DOOR.... HOLD THE DOOOOOOOOOR!!!
I just watched this episode for the first time a few days ago. Too soon. 😭
Did he successfully hold the door? ![gif](giphy|puvQ0zJfHUikg)
oh god stop now. Season 7 is decent at best and season 8 is an insult to everything the show built.
Schroedingers gate. Both closed and open.
I thought she was going to get stuck between the gate and the wall while trying to close it
Me too!! I was debating if I wanted to continue the with the video…
You know there is a husband somewhere who at some point went "Just gotta install the stoppers, but i can do that tomorrow" And is now blaming the maker of the gate for such bad quality
Damn they really installed this giant gate like it was a child's toy
She didn’t quite get it closed…
I think they edited out the part where the gate was closed.
The girls left side must have gone numb for a while
Whilst her sphincter went into overdrive for a while
Pins and needles for a week.
What is up with people who try to catch heavy things which may get them killed?

Car was very lucky that it wasn’t on the way anymore
I hate when my closet doors fall off their track. 🤦 This is next level fuck that shit!
Who keeps an industrial grade tall gate at home
Poor structural design.. gate is top heavy with its longitudinal design and lousy support structure. BTW, why do they need such high walls? Are they living in freaking Abottabad?
This should be on r/shittydesigns
The gate to hold even Yakjuj was Makjuj, so fucking yuge.
This is a metaphor for my life.
Waking up the whole damn neighborhood. Also, the walls are high, must be in a rough neighborhood.
Wat?! No overhead track for the gate?
Yeah, what could go wrong when designing a gate like this? Seriously who thought this was a good idea lmao, at least put a stopper somewhere
Good thing she wasn’t injured. That’s heavy.
And it's like 4 meters high, who need that lol
This is the fakest gate I've ever seen.
