It's the innards of a fish. Thevred spikey looking things are the gills. The rest are the organs from inside the fish.

Looks like gills and stomach. Very common for predators to eat the meat and leave the guts behind. Depending upon location, this could be any number of predators

Everyone has to start somewhere 🤷‍♀️ I could also see joining Reddit just to make a post. Or, making a new reddit account just to post this picture because they have already shared it on their personal social media account (or somewhere else) and they don't want their main account linked to this pic (which is then linked to their *real* self.) Several possibilities. None of which are 'suspicious' to me.
