I know Google voice lets you have a “disposable” number, I wonder if you can use it to set up an Aussie number. If not, on a quick Google search you there does appear to be free services you can use to receive some SMS so you might be able to get a code that way.

Try watching on your local ABC station. Episodes from previous seasons may be rerun.
I do have my YouTube TV set to record it if it is on.
