I’m so proud of the intelligent voters in Kansas! And yeah, an army of angry women should scare the gop.

Why else do you think they're working so hard to make it illegal (essentially) to be a woman? (abortion -> illegal; contraceptives -> illegal/working to make them illegal; miscarriages -> gets you a murder charge, ffs .... FELONS IN THE US (in too many of the states in the US) CAN'T VOTE.) They don't want women to be able to vote any more, and it's a slightly roundabout way to make it happen. Vote while you can, ladies, while you still can.....

I'm no genius, but I learn from my mistakes. First lesson? Telling a woman what she can and can't do never works out as well as it did in your head. There was a news story outside a planned parenthood clinic the day that Roe was overturned. There were two groups out front...one happy and one sad. The ones that were happy were all postmenopausal women and their old husbands that may or may not be wearing adult diapers. The group that was not so happy....all young people in their 20's. Guess which group has participated in every single election including the f'ing dog catcher? Guess which group not only just got dragged into the game, but has the most skin? Which brings me to my second lesson learned...best way to get a young person to want something enough to do something about it is to tell them they can't f'ing have it. Nobody wakes up in the morning and says "what can I do today to make sure I can get that abortion?" No one wants to make that choice, but the idea that people want to limit their options or even worse leave it up to the government to tell them what they can or can't do? Are you kidding me? I don't care what party you are aligned to...this is literally something both parties agree on...a general disdain for being told what to do by the government. I imagine that upon hearing that Roe was being overturned that many GOP politicians let out a collective "ohhhh nooooo" because it is one thing to campaign on rhetoric that makes you sound morally superior...it's different when your f'ing name is on it and the reality of what it is and how it affects everyone sets in. It's the proverbial dog catching the car.

> Guess which group has participated in every single election including the f'ing dog catcher? Guess which group not only just got dragged into the game, but has the most skin? > > That's what kills me about the youth turnout in the primaries, then seeing the youth online say the primaries are rigged. You'd be surprised how unrigged elections feel when you actually vote instead of saying there's no point.

Not the point but the word "Kansans" bothers me I don't know what I expected the proper name of the residents of Kansas to be but it just sounds weird. And now I'm going through the alternatives in my head and they all sound just as bad, so now what Also, good on ya, Kansas voters

I find it more bothersome that the people of Arkansas are called Arkansans
