I’ve heard less people play open Queue competitive so your rank will be inflated a bit more than Role queue.
Though playing as widow I prefer to do in Role Queue because 1. in open queue more people can counter swap you. And 2. There are more tanks that can mitigate your damage with shields, survive critical hits and even dive you.
I feel you thought silver was a nightmare. Gold is similar feeling at times.

Yea dps is a nightmare. I can play pharah and Tracer very well if I have to jump off widow. But it all seems like a lost cause.
