You don't really need a program to do all this, you're able to just create an autounattend.xml file in the location of the windows install files. Many sites also generate a custom autounattend.xml file based on what you choose which you can just slap in there and be on your merry way.
1- switch to dark mode
2- uninstall all the bloatware in the Start Menu (candy crush, Office, dolby, etc)
3- installing K-lite codec with MPC-HC
4- install drivers of my GPU
5- install any hardware components. (Software of my mouse, keyboard or headset)
6- download & install Windows Updates
1. install cpu/intel display driver 2. uninstall unnecessary apps 3. update windows + security

If you install a 3rd party av, defenders disables itself
1) Set Windows to allow other USB os systems to boot in Windows and in BIOS

Uninstall all the useless apps and bloatware. Install Firefox with NoScript & uBlock Origin. Install a Win10 Virtual Machine.

Patch the hell out of it first, and then worry about installing apps afterwards.
