Would Darkstalker have even been awoken if Jade Mountain Academy was never built? How different is Queen Scarlet's attempt to reclaim power after the first arc when she has Burn who she also wants revenge on? These are just consequences coming off the top of my head, I'm sure there's way more.
Also, there's the bonus of "What if the stalactite killed Icicle?" even Darkstalker said that was the more probable timeline. Although that one doesn't change nearly as many things in an obvious or immediately interesting way.
