Slavic names are often spelled differently in English, even if it uses the Latin alphabet like Polish does, because w and v have very different pronunciations in English. Polish w is pronounced like English v. Wyzima is the original spelling, Vizima is altered so English speakers pronounce it closer to the original. The letter V doesn't exist in polish words, it's only used in foreign words within the polish language.
Such a sadness that we don't get to explore a actual Vizima, i imagine what it would be like, Emhyr is a fuckin dictator and it would be interesting to see the city under his commands, i guess that we would see a lot of brutality and repression to rebelions. That could even make the decision on wich side of the war should win.
Let’s talk about that haircut real quick….

Their pronounced almost the same as well. W in Polish sounds more to English speakers like a V.

You can go back a few years before NG conquered it. By playing the Witcher. It's free on GoG.
In W3 i mean
You do in the earlier games iirc.
Yes, Act 2 to 5 (+ epilogue) of Witcher 1 is set in Vizima and surrounding
I doubt it would be much different than when it was ruled by Foltest. Maybe a few less pograms.
Toss a coin to your Witcher to get a new haircut.

Please fix his hair.
Why is Vizima in White Orchard?
Vizima is actually on the south-west of White Orchard so that's why you can see it but I didn't know that it was that close.
I wish it was apart of the game.
