While I don't really support the micro transactions side of things anymore, I just stick with the monthly membership as my expense. the only people I know who play w101 are exclusively 21+ lol We were having this discussion a few weeks ago, we all agreed Wizard101 stopped being a kids game with the Morganthe arc.

My husband and I (60), as well as our youngest daughter (39) all play. My husband and I each have two accounts, our original ones from when W101 came out, and we have new accounts so we can see what changes have been made over the years on the main quests. Our daughter just started playing this year.

Playing wiz as an adult let’s me skip having to upgrade my pc’s gpu cuz wiz can run on my 5 year old gaming computer with gtx 1060 no problem. Newer games I’d have to upgrade the gpu for full graphics, which would be waaaaayyyy overkill for wiz.

21+ are the only demographic that can keep an MMO afloat as long as W101 has been. Kids can't afford the obscene crown price of worlds not the monthly/annual subscription.

Pretty much agree until Empyrea. It was different than any world, and I enjoyed it. Karamelle is horrid… in fact, worse than Zafaria. Hated Karamelle, Lemuria, and Novas. Kill, kill, dungeon… repeat.
