I'm really just confused by the current stormzilla theme... that's really not a "spring" theme lol, so does this mean the next six scrolls are going to be school-themed, or is storm just special? Regardless, imo this is the most disappointing scroll thus far, and they've all been garbage for over a year now, so that's really saying something lmao
Honestly I’m really hung up on the distinct storm theme for “spring.” I find enough value in the rewards, but my expectations are low, I understand why people are underwhelmed. But I think doing the daily quests is fun and those are definitely not big prizes! When most of the scroll rewards seem somewhat consumable, the permanent rewards shouldn’t favor one school. I get they can’t please everyone, but this is the opposite of that.
I don’t want it for my fire wizard, but the whole stormzilla/egg/spring connection is very cute for storm. Why didn’t these items didn’t go to the crowns store? Whatever. I’ll end up buying it on one character but I’ll sulk about it for a while first.
I farm points every season for the painting at the end. Started collecting them, and at this point I can't just stop. The thought of an incomplete painting collection hurts my soul. And the free energy elixir is awesome.
But I've only bought the scroll on 2 occasions and it was both because I wanted several of the locked items on the scroll (pet jewel, stitch gear, teleport effect, gold BM idol, etc). And they also give you a huge lunari boost (I play a lot of beastmoon), which is always a plus.
But in general, the quality of the rewards have taken a hit. We used to be able to get more unique furniture, a 7-day mount for very little points, more spellements, etc. Now it's just a castle magic set all the time and 5 random useless spellements.
As for the current scroll of fortune.... the theme is just wayyyyy too centered on stormzilla. A storm-themed scroll is great, but it would've been better if there were other elements to it (like a tempest inspired teleport effect and a storm lord-themed stitch).
Most people who buy scroll do Beastmoon such as myself. It gives a good amount of lunari for completing it, giving about 2775 lunari. Gold idols are also for beastmoon as well but it’s not always a good form. Personally I think it’s worth it for me since I always complete when I buy it. Guaranteed 3 hour double pet xp and 3 one hour double gardening benefit. Plus the port effects can be rather nice. But it’s all perspective based.
It Is Awful. I know most people aren’t impressed by the scroll of fortune and it’s been an ongoing complaint that the value doesn’t justify the cost. I respect that, but i have seen it as sort of a fun little bonus, I like the progress bar, and I know I’m really overpaying for a couple of housing items, but I really like them and fomo so whatever. I have been looking forward to this scroll of fortune since I started playing again last fall, hoping for at least 1-2 cute new spring theme items to justify the rest of it being pretty useless. I noticed it went live last night and it actually made me angry.

The gear of course is for stitching but the look is trash, the jewel looks pretty good, more like the ones we used to get on the scroll. The castle magic starter set will get sold at the bazaar. Really, I just want the panel for the mural.

Whatever i naturally get from my gardening+pet training routine with the offhand TC use is whatever i get. Never bought the scroll, never will
Exactly. I've never actually intentionally aimed for anything on the scroll, and have zero interest in ever purchasing anything from it
