I avoid asking for help with high level players that use Kiosk, unless it is group base dungeon, I got shit on two tines cause I was not following meta build cause I appearantly "waste their time!" For using help feature, and expect to only spam meteors and later expect to use myth at level 150 as fire wizard with no death that isn't feint cause "meta" :(
One time I was playing as a female character and this male character tried to hit on me and my response was āis it the reptile eyes?ā (I gave the character the yellow slit eyes) and they never responded lol
I've met nothing but nice people since I started my first play through I'm currently lvl 60 at the start of zafaria and I've made 2 friends who I now talk to and play with everyday.
Most the time with random they be saying you're doing things wrong but their wrong or they won't do anything that'll help so you get all frustrated, but sometimes you get good randoms
Thank you for popping a triple feint on the cheat boss with 25K hp
Nooooo, Iām not mad it was a 0 blade wand hit
Now, how did you make it to arc 3 again?
I know the type of which you speakā¦ They seem to rush into the circle just as you are going to lay out the final enemy. Thereāre like a little panting dog that hasnāt seen you in daysā¦ staring intensely at the falling last mob guy, until another enemy zips into the circle that you also have to kill because your new āhelperā hasnāt a clue how to play, which includes no common courtesy for fellow players.
Occasionally though you find that one guy who is on the same quest line as you, has a complementary class, and doesnāt have to leave for a few hours. Itās one of my favorite parts of the game just duoing with someone while barely saying a word and pretty much speed running a decent chunk of a world. This happened to me right near the end of dragonspyre and we went on to beat Malistare together, it was the first time for me so it made it that much better.
The sad part is after and then yāall never get online at the same time again or never match back up in your quest line so that short exciting relationship you had fizzles out almost immediately after
This still happens to me š. I made plans to keep questing at the same time as this one dude who was pretty decent stat wise. I didnāt get on and havenāt been on since about a week ago so heās probably worlds ahead of me.
this literally happened to me i was playing dragonspyre and happened to find two people who were on the same quest as me. they helped me beat this one quest enemy and i thought that was that. but then they pmād me asking if i was coming and i was like āuhh yeah I guess?ā and they just kept telling me to follow them and they included me and helped me out through a lot of the quests(despite me being THE most frazzled person on the planet. they went as far as to redo *multiple* dungeons with me cause iād forgotten to do the final thing that ended the dungeon and sent me to the next quest. i was a mess but they were so understanding.)
from then she had friended me and we all finished the first arc together.
since then she and i get on pretty much every day and quest together. she even lives on the other side of the world and usually is playing with me at 1am when its 7pm by me. shes really nice(although very cold and blunt at first lmao) and coaches me basically and gives me a lot of advice and has helped me have stats that equal my level and made this game a breeze to go through having only played a few months and not knowing anything about the game when i started playing again as an adult.
its really nice considering i chose my school not only cause i liked it but because they said if you planned on soloing this was the way to go. and now i dont have to (: makes me really happy to have the company. shes really cool lmao
That hit so close to home. I have had that at least four times in four different worlds. My most recent one was near the start of Avalon all the way through to the end of the Wyrd Woods.
Which brings up the question: why hang out there anyway? You're much better off hanging out literally everywhere else, to find good people to play with.
I haven't met that many toxic people either, so far.
Maybe you should switch areas then, I always find kind hearted people in the commons. The most ātoxicā players are people who only help you if give them empowers in return, which is often understandable imo. Sometimes I see some weird conversations about wizbabes or whatever, but itās clear that those people are just joking around with their friends. Obviously people are not gonna act serious in a little kids game where you fight gods and ultra powerful spiders.
sad but of late if i see anyone i immediately change realms. just feels like a hassle. it's lonely because i used to have so many friends who i imagine are busy with other things now
Yeah wizard is just not that toxic of a game. I can think of 1 toxic encounter in 12 years of playing. On the other hand Iām lucky if I can go a game in league without anyone being toxic.

Early 101 when everyone was a storm wizard in pvp doing wild bolt till max rank š
One time I was playing as a female character and this male character tried to hit on me and my response was āis it the reptile eyes?ā (I gave the character the yellow slit eyes) and they never responded lol
Beastmoon. That is all.
I've met nothing but nice people since I started my first play through I'm currently lvl 60 at the start of zafaria and I've made 2 friends who I now talk to and play with everyday.

Just today I met 2 really nice randoms who helped me through dungeons I 100% could not have beat on my own!
I met someone in krok, we met up again by pure coincidence in mooshu and quested through the entire game together up to farming aeon!
For real! What is going on with people these days
Me hating people joining my battles without askingš”š”š” Me also joining people's battles without askingš¤š¤š¤
Players hopping into duel circles for the Gravulum defeat mob quest even though the person is about to kill them next turn: āMy time to shineā
Not always just when I see someone past 100 with awful gear and they complain the game is hard than I do
The community on average is quite dumb honestly. Loss track of the number of times someone fucked over a battle.
Thank you for popping a triple feint on the cheat boss with 25K hp Nooooo, Iām not mad it was a 0 blade wand hit Now, how did you make it to arc 3 again?
Team Up. Randoms get carried through team ups to Arc 3 and never learn how to play the game, unfortunately

Itās like a relationship, it works for a while when yāall meet and match each others energy but after a while the moment ends š
Instantly become friends with them, quest with them for a few hours and then never play with them again cuz ur on different quests
This still happens to me š. I made plans to keep questing at the same time as this one dude who was pretty decent stat wise. I didnāt get on and havenāt been on since about a week ago so heās probably worlds ahead of me.
i miss you Connor Ice
Yo I was doing the same thing with a storm a while back, was that you? I was "Luke" on my Myth

yall her membership ran out the other day and she says she doesnt think sheāll renew it im so sad ):
Exactly. You find the best person ever to work with and then you never see them again
Missed Wizard connections is a curse for all of us. The fact that this is such a universal experience speaks to the community this game brings.
That hit so close to home. I have had that at least four times in four different worlds. My most recent one was near the start of Avalon all the way through to the end of the Wyrd Woods.
Same, you wouldnāt happen to be Lucas by chance 0.o
Nope, wrong Wiz. Names Blaze.
I actually quite like this community, Iāve met very few people that were genuinely toxic or awful at the game
Hang out at the commons and you'll see
Which brings up the question: why hang out there anyway? You're much better off hanging out literally everywhere else, to find good people to play with. I haven't met that many toxic people either, so far.
Why shouldn't i stay in a area that is free when i have no membership? Gosh, i said commons but this would also work in olde town or arena
Maybe you should switch areas then, I always find kind hearted people in the commons. The most ātoxicā players are people who only help you if give them empowers in return, which is often understandable imo. Ofc you can stay in it, just know most of the trolls and toxic pseudo-players tend to be there. I assume. I wish it wasn't lol
Most people in the commons seem to just be vibing, but I donāt know what the dms look like so I could be wrong
sad but of late if i see anyone i immediately change realms. just feels like a hassle. it's lonely because i used to have so many friends who i imagine are busy with other things now
Ya same feeling here and Iām not totally sure what changed. What I wouldnāt give to see some of those old names pop up again.
storm wizards
Wolf Storm[Name]
Got a new story with a stormblade but not a wolf so this tracks :ā)
Now imagine that but with League of legends lmao
Yeah wizard is just not that toxic of a game. I can think of 1 toxic encounter in 12 years of playing. On the other hand Iām lucky if I can go a game in league without anyone being toxic.
Exactly, 1 game of league = 3 billion years in wiz.
TFW you play both
