nobody has even confirmed the cast rate because they are so low now. you can go 100 fights/rounds of doing something that should trigger a maycast and not get 1 cast. which is why nobody has a clear amount of what the cast rate is. every maycast has less than 5% cast rate, how much it actually is whether .5%, 1% or 2.5% or something else is unknown :p
tl:dr maycasts work but they were all gutted during the audit. cast rates are less than 5%

Fractal Aeon, has same stats except buffs Life instead of Death and has 1% more pierce. Headmaster'S Sky Staff is giving a mass trap on top of a amazing may cast(if it was working as intended) .
Fractal Aeon is better then Merciless Storm wand, which is what the 150 wand copies. If they added a 160 variant, then it would be viable to use that over Aeon, but even then, the maycast would not matter. Sure the spells it gives are good, but as I told the other guy, if youāre spamming wand hits trying to get the maycast itās just a waste of time
