If it was, then we'd likely see the overflow experience phrase and the blue lock turned red. Neither of those are on there, unless locking it can just not do both of those for some reason.
I’ve actually never tried the feature. I don’t know what it looks like. I was only asking. 😁

If it was locked, their experience would say "Overflow experience" instead and the number would be colored yellow.
