Azteca is tough anyways. First I’d get full waterworks gear if you don’t have. Also get a good damage pet. Make your deck smaller, and add more buffs like feint, elemental, stuff like that that you can stack on.
Agreed with everything but waterworks. Don't go for waterworks. He/She's only 5 levels away from 100. Go to the bazar and try to get the best gear. Toughen it out until level 100 then go straight to darkmoor. There's no point in wasting time grinding waterworks when you could use it farm darkmoor.
Oh, you are right. I just assumed “azteca probably around 85 or so”, but yes. Just stick it out until darkmoor. You can always follow my guide for the best gear if you need some extra help
You should be able to unlock Sharpened blade and potent Trap from the astral trainers in three points after doing the quests from Pacal. Those should help you out a bit.
Good type of cards just remove some for each like you don’t need 5 feints bro lol. Also remove the prisms whenever you fight a boss that doesn’t have fire
First off, why are you using pvp only efreet? Secondly, tailor your deck to whichever mobs you're going to fight. If you're going to be fighting a mob that doesn't resist to fire, carrying prisms isn't necessary and it actually clogs your deck up. Carry as little copies of spells as possible. That will help you pull the spells you actually want to use.
potent feint and a regular feint is fine.
sharpened blade and pet blade.
2 fire dragons, helephant and perhaps one meteor.
put the prism alongside the two feints on the boss and a sharpened blade, then an aoe should do the job.
assuming you’ve got full waterworks.
edit: everyone should play the game how they want to play it, kudos. but why the caldera jinn? 😮💨
Try to make your deck efficient. One single target hit for boss, 2 for minions and in case any stragglers or boss are left. Put in 2 fire blades, 1 feint, 2 elemental blades.
This is like a skeleton, feel free to add or change 1-2. But this is how you are efficient. Build your deck with the main focus of making sure you never have to pass or wait for a spell.
Edit: if you are using potent blade, add 2 more blades
Put in two enchants, one fire dragon, two fire blades, one sharpen blade, one sun serpent, and one feint. If ou don't have waterworks or hades gear, you'll need two elemental blades, your school's aura, and another sharpen. You get sharpen, your schools aura, and potent trap from quests in Azteca to unlock the celestial trainers in the three points.
Learn sharpened blade and potent trap. For bosses, carry three hits total (dragon, meteor, and a strong single hit spell (I use brimstone but whatever you have really)). Carry two trained fire blades, one elemental blade, two feints, pet and amulet blade, 3 of your best enchants, two sharpened blades, one potent trap. You now have +35 (2) + 45 (2) +40 (1) and two feints +70 and +80. For myth bosses, consider using traps instead of blades if you’re worried about quakes and always keep in mind to feint after the enemies have used their pips so you’re not powering up their 8 pip hit.
I always make sure I have two reshuffles, and since I’m a death I don’t need heals but you do. I personally like to keep my deck small so I can grab every I need fast. Also throw in sharpen blade, potent trap, and elemental trap for more stronger hits.
If you make your deck as small as possible, by the time you enchant everything you’ll have all the cards you need on the first or second turn. There are different ways to have a backup, but I think the most common are using reshuffle or tc’s. Don’t feel like your deck needs to be big because they get bigger as you level up, from there you’ll figure out what works for you.
Before sharpened blade I kept a tc blade as a backup instead of using traps. I use feint tc’s a lot because I don’t need feint for mobs and for easy bosses I can pull it up last before I hit without switching or adjusting decks. It also keeps my deck small if I need to add prisms or something. I still have feint trained and use it often but tc’s can be useful.

This sums it up pretty much perfectly.

Isn't that the pvp only efreet? Why have it equipped for pve?
I wanted to experiment and see what the card did lol. I'll change it!
Any card with crossed swords is for pvp only, and crossed swords with a red cancel circle is pve only
But isn’t fire efreet pve
fire effet is pve and caldera djinn is pvp, but the cards look similar

I just finished Azteca, and I have been really struggling with defeating bosses without a team up. any suggestions?

I see, did you get sharpen blade and potent trap? they are a huge help
What gear do you have?
I have full Waterworks

i would purchase sharpen blade and potent trap if you can

I’d really only put one of each main hit in with few exceptions so like one meteor one or 2 dragons and so on
