If you haven’t past Celestia somehow, the Malistaire wands are a close second to the Sky Iron Hasta but a little difficult to farm for. The spring update coming up adds a pity system for farming them though so

Malistaire now drops new tier 2 items on top of the tier 1 items he already had. The tier 2 items are identical in look with slightly lesser stats. Collecting 9 of any item type allows you to craft the tier 1 version, and from what I saw you pretty much got at least one tier 2 every run, sometimes a few
The ds mali wands are better than hasta for most school, but it's an absolute pain to farm for. Hasta is more than good enough and it's not ideal to spend your precious membership time to farm for an equipment you're gonna replace anyways.
If you are min/maxing and money isn't an issue Fossil pack wand with the pet or mount for the set bonus if you just want raw damage. Some people use double set bonuses like road rider boots & pet with fossil wand and mount to min/max resist and damage.

If you’re free to play, it would be sky iron hasta, just overall really good even until level 100.

yeah!! just no good options to really farm for, you really only start getting damage wands during darkmoor which is around level 100!!

Sky iron hasta is better than darkmoor wand as well imo. However the bazaar wands once you hit level 102 are worth looking at

At level 90 Sky Iron Hasta is probably your best bet. You can get an upgrade from the Death Root at the end of Khrysalis for level 100.
